"Great hotel"
Second visit here and I work for pi.. Hands down the best premier I’ve EVER been to… Ulando remembered us..and even remembered its a birthday visit..the dude behind the bar..jovi also remembered us..he’s a great Barman and wasted at pi..(no offence) He’s a legend and actually smiles and can have a conversation..neither of them made us feel like a number they made us feel like we were at home. Whatever is happening at Talgarth road..DONT change it..if every premier inn was like this…there would be no other hotel chains. Unique helped us with directions and local things..had no idea about theatres etc and he knew how to get us to where we wanted to go
"A great choice for a young family exploring London together for the first time."
The Premier Inn, Hammersmith (Talgarth Road) was an excellent choice for a young family with two children under 5. The room and the hotel are as you'd expect for a Premier Inn, it's nice to know what to expect when you get there, especially with young children. Links to the rest of London are very good with a tube station a relatively short walk away. The local area is served well with plenty of bars and restaurants too.
"Premier inn get it right every time"
Stayed here whilst visiting London recently for a concert. Great connections through Hammersmith which is only several minutes away on foot. This hotel is brilliant for location to the Hammersmith Apollo, tube lines and Hammersmith centre. this hotel like all other Premier Inns I have stayed at has nice clean rooms and you know whatnot expect from the place. A good bar and restaurant is on offer here with a wide selection of food and drinks
"If Carlsberg did hotels…"
A great hotel tucked away along the A4, a stone throw from Hammersmith Apollo, The River Thames and Hammersmith station/ Broadway with great transport links. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable! Superb customer service-it has surpassed all expectations. I’ve stayed at other Premier Inns but the Talgarth Road has to be my favourite! The staff/team works hard and at pace, whether it’s on the front desk or in the restaurant. There’s also a friendly tall chef that helps out when it’s busy, as do the duty managers! However, Ulando shines out by far, he’s always ready to help with a friendly smile matched by his enthusiasm and a can-do attitude (even spotted him with a tool bag, is there anything this man can’t do!). A self-starter and a real asset to his employers; and Matthew -even with his arm in the sling, he was still assisting guests with their luggage! I hope the team’s efforts are recognised and rewarded accordingly. Thank you P.I. Talgarth Road team!
"Very good, but ….."
Very good stay, with a but! The hotel was clean. Modern and really well located for the tube stations into London and for shopping and dining in Hammersmith. Although next to a busy main road into London, we could not hear any traffic or other noise from outside. Room had aircon which was a plus. The staff were all attentive and polite . Breakfast was lovely and we ate in the restaurant one evening which I had no complaints about . However the room was booked for 3 of us for 3 nights but they only supplied one towel and 2 tea bags in the room. We were able to get more from reception but you’d think that common sense would suggest 3 people need more than one towel and 2 teabags! Also I wanted to order in a food delivery for lunch one day and was told no as they have a restaurant on site. However the restaurant does not offer lunch. Only dinner so was closed so I’m not sure what they were expecting me to eat ? So just bear in mind they don’t accept outside food into the hotel even when their restaurant is closed .
