"August visit"
Wonderful and friendly service from Diana & Suzit. Very happy here and will come again. We have so enjoyed our stay here and will recommend
"Not good enough"
Pretty disgusting room. Main window boarded up! And this is a premier plus room! Stains on floor and curtain looks like it has vomit on it... light bulbs missing. Half a toilet roll for 2 days and ran out of hand soap! Room 317

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to Hammersmith station. Clean and comfortable for overnight stop in London.

Great location and the team are just wonderful! They are so accommodating and helpful! We stay here every time we are in London (we have stayed there a total of 6 times) and each time the team there have done all they can to ensure are stay is enjoyable and hassle free. The rooms are fine and what you would expect, but service wise and location - excellent!
"Like being on a cross-channel ferry!"
We stayed one night on the way to Heathrow and had a room on the top floor. The most noticeable thing about this was that there was a very strong buzzing sound, and we found that the head of the bed was vibrating, as was the ceiling. We must have been either next to, or underneath the air con unit on the roof. Lying in bed felt like being on a cross-channel ferry. I complained to the hotel but have had no response.
