"Like being on a cross-channel ferry!"
We stayed one night on the way to Heathrow and had a room on the top floor. The most noticeable thing about this was that there was a very strong buzzing sound, and we found that the head of the bed was vibrating, as was the ceiling. We must have been either next to, or underneath the air con unit on the roof. Lying in bed felt like being on a cross-channel ferry. I complained to the hotel but have had no response.
"Handy location & friendly staff"
Very convenient being a few minutes from the Underground station, shops and good pubs. Staff were helpful and friendly, such as bringing a tower fan to our room on arrival. Tapas options were delicious, and head waiter was accommodating and funny. Comfortable and peaceful sleeps (two nights) and would definitely stay here again.
"Wonderful experience for the whole family"
The hotel itself is well equipped, modern and clean. The room was a great size for a family and had everything we needed. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and every interaction with them was warm and efficient. So much so that out 5yo daughter has decided that she only wants to stay in this hotel when we visit London! The breakfast was good and kids eat free with a paying adult so mega bonus there. Great job everyone and thank you for a lovely holiday.

"Fine for a night in London"
Hotel in a good location for underground and some bars and restaurants. Family room was tired and run down, water damage to skirting in bathroom and bath panel. Looked terrible. Double room was ok, bigger window than the family room. Comfy bed, nice breakfast. Only one towel and shower gel bottle was broken so couldn’t use it. Helpful staff. Clean and modern dining area and reception area.
