"Overnight stay to go to a concert"
We were going to the Hammersmith Premier Inn Apollo for a concert & stayed at this hotel. It is in a perfect location to the venue & the underground, all within easy walking distance to each other. There are plenty of places to eat & drink in the area. Our room was clean, it didn’t have much of a window, which didn’t open -the view was of building wall. We were only there to sleep so it was fine. There was a sitting area in Reception if you didn’t want to sit in your room.
"Friendly Hotel."
I have been staying at this hotel twice a year since the year after it opened .These past few years I have been very impressed with Tanya Monika Suzit and Priyank(front desk)and Simone from housekeeping.They have all been so friendly and helpful I am 75 years old and walk with a stick.
"The usual good standard"
Good location for gigs at Sheppards bush empire 1 stop on the tube. We stayed one night. Easy check in Clean room Breakfast menu in room and bar downstairs if you want Decent shower Good lighting TV, hair dryer as usual Comfy bed as always We was in 5th floor and the room was a bit small, skylight window like an attic room, my only real criticism.

Quiet, comfy, clean room. Was a super stay! Having the bath was an extra treat. It was a lovely spacious room, with nice lighting for the evening
"Pleasantly Surprised"
Great location, we were on the first floor overlooking the busy road and I can honestly say it was very peaceful. No external noise could be heard. The bed was comfy and the room was a good size. The only thing that let it down was the shower didn't work properly and the loo seat was very loose.
