"Good location and great staff, needs refurbished."
Location:
Very close to Ravenscourt Park underground station. It is huge, high rise building, you cannot miss it. Don't get off the underground at Hammersmith which is a long walk away. In a nice area which feels safe and peaceful but very convenient.
Reception:
There is a small reception area. It is not always attended but someone will appear if you press a call bell. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, led by a wonderful lady called Maria who is very attentive and service minded.
Room:
Our room was on a high floor. The whole hotel really needs to be renovated, fittings, furniture etc. are worn and not in a great condition. Our room and bathroom were both small and in need of renovation. This is reflected in the lower price you pay. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Breakfast and restaurant:
Served in the ground floor restaurant. Self service with a limited but sufficient choice of food and drinks. We ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was good and very reasonably priced.
Conclusion.
The hotel is very well located in a quiet area. The whole building and bedrooms badly need to be refurbished and updated, but this is reflected in the lower price compared to other nearby Premier Inns. If you want a cheap hotel base with good staff in a very convenient location, this will be fine for you. But if you are looking for something modern and more luxurious this will definitely not be for you. We have stayed here twice and it suits our purpose as a well located, cheaper price, base in a hotel run by a large chain. We would return.

"Run down and could do with a deep clean"
First red flag, was check in, staff asked for full payment when we arrived, however we had paid in full when we booked. Didn’t sit comfortable with me.
See photos for the state of room! Headboard was absolutely disgusting, think ingrained dust, almost thought it was a feature. The room and bathroom were in a terrible state of disrepair.
We have contacted premier inn, however since we didn’t raise with staff at time of stay, no compensation given.
We didn’t complain, check-in was late, we were unpacked and didn’t realise the extent of issues until the next morning. We thought what the point comprising as our experience with staff in check was not a positive one. Also no staff on the at check in area when we left.
Safe to say, won’t be back

"Good location but not value for money"
Good location but rooms poorly furnished as small size bedding and TV. On this occasion, basin tap wasn't fully working and drinking water not suitable
