    "No fuss, perfect for post concert slumber"
    2nd time staying here after a concert at Wembley Stadium. Yes it looks like a tower block, yes it’s a bit tired but the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. Air conditioning was very efficient. Booked breakfast was great, usual help yourself which is always better and convenient. Perfectly reasonable price wise for London

    I ‘m in premier in Ravenscourt park king street London, there is a wonderful manager his name is Samuel, he runs the place with a smile, great customer service and pulls out all the stops to make the customer happy, Samuel indeed is a wonderful person, I’m a frequent visitor to this hotel, because the very good experience I had with Samuel and his team.

    I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and the hotel was very clean Also the food was very nice. Surafel a member of staff was very helpful together was the rest of the staff. I would say here again and would recomend picking this hotel. Kind regards Ian leggat

    Maria who was at front desk was really good. Room was clean and neat, good bed and good shower. Mainly near the tube. Breakfast was worth.

    Room temperature was unbearable. The AC setting does not go below 19C, fan is not powerful enough to cool the room, the AC shuts itself off on a schedule, allowing the room to heat up far beyond 19 degrees, and the windows cannot be opened to allow for cooler airflow at night. We complained every day and heard every other guest complaining as well. The lobby and restaurant were kept at a very cool temp, presumably because employees had to work in those areas. All other hotels were sold out, so it was impossible to move (and we would have lost a large sum of money) Premier Inn refused any form of compensation, saying that all Premier Inn rooms have a minimum AC setting of 19 degrees. This was my first stay and will be my last with this chain. If you want AC that works, I highly recommend Ibis instead.
