"Wonderfull because of asiha"
Lovely hotel, good area. We have been staying here for business for 5 weeks and a further five weeks to go. Our host asiha is an absolute diamond. Really helped with payment troubles after our boss hadnt paid business card. A really helpful lady and a tribute to your ravenscourts branch in hammersmith. Top job.

Staff were very friendly. Many thanks to all staff specially to a guy called Kiran. He help to sort out room air con, been very polit, nice to my family and very welcoming. My daughter and my niece drop their food and drink accidentally on the floor in the restaurant and he handled it in very good manner, high tolerant and in a very professional way. very good, calm and relaxing hotel. no noise, Everything very smooth. rooms were clean. a big shop opposite the hotel which was very handy.

We arrived on the 13th of August which was the hottest day of the year and were given Floor 11 , the heat was stifling. Due to this, we came and spoke to reception, they said they would turn the AC up, however this unfortunately did not make any difference.
We then spoke to Adina who moved us to floor 1 and she was so incredibly helpful, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. She made our stay better! ☺️
