"Poor hotel in a good area"
Poor room quality. Bad layout and little comfort. Limited workspace.
Electrics - tripped when bathroom light was operated. Mains box cover torn off and surrounds loose.
Loose electrical socket.
Mold in secondary glazing.
Bathroom - black mold. 3/4 sized bath with damaged side panel. Bath was so high that I struggled to step in, and I am 6'1". Lack of hot water. Toilet required sitting at an angle due to boxing.
Lift - floor one button taped over due to damage. Hence floor 1 unaccessabke in one of two lifts.
Corridors - dark and unwelcoming. Needed deep clean.
Outside - a disgrace. Unacceptable for any grade of hotel.
Pigeons - buy a shotgun, a cat or both. Sunrise is at 5am, this when the pigeons start getting frisky.

"Good location but very hot and dated hotel"
Boiling. In an extremely dated room.
The AC was a joke. Blows warm air day time, when the hotel (a fishbowl) is boiling. No option to open windows.
In the room plenty of mold, windows have paint desintegrating, walls have plenty of chips and children made crayon lines. Curtains had plenty of stains.
Bathroom was moldy, you could see how sides of the bathtub and around it were swollen because of water ingress.
Unless you have no other economically viable option in the area, I wouldn't advise to use this hotel.

"Needs demolition"
Stayed here recently for a short break. The location is the main positive — it’s a stone’s throw from the Tube and very convenient for getting around London. The staff we dealt with were polite and doing their best, but the hotel itself felt tired and under-resourced.
Our room had an odd L-shaped layout and several maintenance issues. There was a hole in the bathroom door, hair left in the bath on arrival, and a deep cut in the lino flooring in the bathroom. The windows also seemed to be in poor condition. There were no bedside lamps, no charging points near the bed, and nowhere convenient to hang jackets or coats.
During our stay there were also two power cuts, which added to the feeling that the building needs attention. The hotel appears to be an old office block that has been converted, and that comes across in places.
Breakfast was acceptable but quite small considering the size of the hotel (13 floors). It also seemed clear that the hotel was understaffed. One member of staff was simultaneously checking guests in and seating people for breakfast, while another woman clearing plates told us she didn’t speak English when we asked a question.
Overall, the location is convenient and the staff were trying hard, but the hotel needs significant investment and better staffing levels to match its size and pricing.

"A good London Location"
Since retiring in 2018 from all paid work I stay at the Premier Inn Ravenscourt Park London as it is convenient for most needs.

"Outdated Rooms"
The hotel was outdated.
The room was poor with dust on carpets, broken ceiling panels, mould on the curtains.
The bathroom was also very outdated with a tiny bath and poor shower pressure.
Location was good and views of London were amazing!
