Parking spaces are limited and operate on a first come first served basis. Alternative pay and display on-street parking is also available around the hotel and is free from 5pm-9am.

"Premier Plus"
We stayed at Greenwich for 3 days due to going to see a concert and sight seeing, the room itself was spacious as was the bathroom, the only thing that let the stay down was the mattress, it felt hard and lumpy. There was a card on the desk saying that new mattresses are being fitted around the country but ours wasn't one of them, this caused both my wife and i to return home with bad backs. Also i think the premier plus rooms should have a kingsize mattress, a double bed nowadays feels a bit cramped, my wife and i are normal sized but felt we were fighting for space, there is enough room in the bedroom to facilitate a kingsize bed, you do get a nespresso coffee machine in the room and a fridge iron, hairdrier and ironing board so the room is well stocked for you. The staff were lovely and helpful, the food was good when we ate in the restaurant, so apart from the bed the hotel is great.

5 min walk from train station, 20 minutes from the cutty sark. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, good breakfast and nice staff
"Reliable as ever"
Came to London for a weekend in order to visit a Watch Party for an esports event. Was reliable as ever and had two really nice nights sleep. I had two breakfasts and also a dinner at their restaurant on the Saturday night. All times staff were attentive and the food was great when my travel related appetite loss I always get didn't affect me - haha. Check in was easy using the self service till. I can't confirm whether you can check out using self service or not as a gentleman staff member who was also assisting with breakfast did that for me. He asked me whether I enjoyed my stay and I left to explore London before heading home *Note - this review is almost a year after my visit, I'm very forgetful
"Stay was good"
Stay was good, delicious breakfast. Unfortunately I lost my mobile on the streets of London, but I realised lately came to the reception midnight, one Indian guy Vjay helped me wonderfully. He is smart & tracked my mobile which was somewhere outer London. He reset and locked it safely. Thank you It’s nice to have smarter staff.

One of the two single beds was actually a folding bed, which was less comfortable than expected. The room was prepared with only two mugs, even though it was booked for four guests. The hairdryer was not working properly. The air conditioning/heating was not very effective, which made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. One day there was a flood issue and breakfast service was canceled. Unfortunately, no one informed us in advance, even though you had my email address. Although I received a refund, I had to spend €62.20 for breakfast elsewhere, instead of the €25.98 I had originally budgeted when choosing your hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast service on the days it was available was excellent and very enjoyable.
