    "Nice, easy stay"
    Brilliant hotel! Really comfortable as expected from a premier inn! Huge bonus to have free parking with no conditions in London. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an event outside on the Saturday night and we thought it may be really noisy in the hotel but as soon as you closed the door you couldn’t hear anything so that was comforting too.

    The stay was amazing quick and easy to get to the young man in the receptionist at night named Aaron was helpful offered me and my family drinks and sweets for the kids and help us with the easiest way to get to central London from perivale station in the morning.room was very clean and shower was nice and hot definitely will come again

    Very good stay. No issues. Staff were very attentive. Quick check in and check out. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom very clean.

    The hotel itself was premier Inn standards well used but spotlessly clean and very comfortable however I wouldn't bother paying for full premier breakfast at this hotel again! We arrived halfway through service and found a couple of dried up sausages, some black pudding and beans. No eggs, mushrooms or hash browns available, there was some dehydrated bacon rind , and bread that wouldn't fit in the domestic toaster however! Food did continue to come out, but in dribs and drabs so you could have breakfast, just in 5 seperate visits to the servery! What you couldn't have however was coffee ( allegedly the stuff in the filter pot was coffee, but I can only assume the grounds were reused for several days as other than a slight resemblance to coffee in aroma, it was effectively a cup of warm water with colour of urine. I swear by premier Inn, will pick them over a 5* boutique hotel every time and this is the first time I've ever given a bad review for any aspects of my stay. I would guess I've spent several hundred nights, if not over a thousand in premier Inn over the last 10 years so figured it was correct to express my dissatisfaction and genuine disappointment in the breakfast.
