"Amazing staff!"
Great hotel but the staff were amazing. I stay away from home with work a lot and use Premier Inn on a regular basis. The staff in the bar/restaurant were amazing. They ate friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

We enjoyed a three night stay at the Premier Inn Farringdon. We found our room to be clean and quiet. We ate breakfast in the restaurant on 2 of the 3 days, this was buffet style and competitively priced, we also ate in the hotel 1 evening. We enjoyed walking around the area in the evenings, my partner felt quite nostalgic as he lived in Farringdon 40 year's ago. We were also impressed that we had access to several bus routes that made navigating London easy.
"Decent size family room for 4 persons - Lacking housekeeping management"
The family rooms are large and comfortable and were roomy for a family of 4. The downside was the room cleaning, I requested room cleaning on daily basis that is requested by the front desk and the hotel failed to clean the room for two days even after me going to the reception to double check with them if it had been done on day 2. They confirmed we were on the room cleaning list for the day. When we entered the room it still hadn´t been cleaned. Overall decent and fresh hotel that is a rare in London but this cleaning issue was a huge drawback for their service and how they managed this issue. A relatively small hotel should be able to manage housekeeping on a daily basis.

Great location, close to attractions, underground, railway etc Staff were very helpful. Stored our luggage as we arrived before check in, also stored it when we checked out so we didn’t have to take it round with us the whole day as we had a later flight. The room was clean, the only thing was that the air conditioning didn’t go lower than 19 degrees (I’m Scottish so that’s summer temperature for me) so I did struggle to sleep with the heat. Breakfast was lovely too plenty of choice.
"Great location and price"
The hotel is in a great location at a great price for London and very clean. Staff are very welcoming but having to request clean towels everyday and them not getting it right everyday led to a lower rating
