"Bart’s"
The rooms were clean , the beds comfy and where it was the noise wasn’t a problem
The breakfast was lovely and enough available, had 2 evening meals the pizza was yummy the prawn dish the second night a little disappointing
The reception staff when above and beyond so friendly and helpful would definitely go back again

"Fantastic."
The hotel was centrally located and was only a short walk from Farringdon station. I stayed as a group with another adult and two children. We all slept really well. The beds were comfy, hotel was very clean and the surroundings were very quiet which was amazing for central London! The breakfast was fantastic and catered to even the fussy eater. We would happily stay there again.

"Value for Money Stay"
The location was an easy 20 min walk from Liverpool Street Station. Clean, quiet and spacious room, friendly staff that answered all of our questions.

"Great location for St Barts Hospital. Convenient public bus service to the door."
Great location for St Barts Hospital & also St Paul’s Cathedral. There’s a no 46 bus that runs directly to & from the hotel to St Pancras / King’s Cross & Paddington Stations. Great if you need to go to the hospital & need an overnight stay in a hotel. They even provide a breakfast box for you to take away should you be fasting prior to a hospital appointment.
The reception staff were great & changed our room as we did not like the one offered. It was level -1 with the window level with the street pavement. We moved up to level 6. Slightly smaller but a much better position.
Staff in the restaurant with very helpful & friendly. In particular, Riza. Such a kind, gentle hearted man. A credit to your team. He couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel valued as a customer.

"So good we've returned"
This is the second time we've stayed here with business. It was so nice we asked to come here again. We'd been stuck on the train all day due to a fatality. Very sad. We'd planned some sightseeing but felt tired by the time we walked down. It was a straightforward walk from kings cross. I had a little trouble checking in and Denis stepped in and very quickly and professionally sorted it out. My room was cosy and quiet. It was spotless. The next morning at breakfast after a great night's sleep, the greeter recognized us and welcomed us back. Which I thought was really nice. I didn't get his name but if I describe him as fabulous I'm sure you'll know who I mean. We've asked to stay here in September for our next meeting and will do some sightseeing then as it's really close to St. Paul's. Thanks for a great stay premier inn.
