"The Hotel Management is not doing a good job"
I visited London on business. The overall experience staying at the Premier Inn Farrington was disappointing. The area around it felt sketchy (especially with scaffolding in many parts of the streets and some homeless people nearby). The room itself was nice (I had opted for a Premium room, which was a great choice), the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was ok-ish (cold pancakes, lack of variety). But the biggest problem was housekeeping, with which there were several problems. (The room was not cleaned, even though I specifically asked for it to be, the curtain fell off the wall and remained unhanged from my entire stay). That said, the Reception staff was helpful, especially Maria, who was very friendly and listened carefully to all the problems I had listed.

"Fab location"
Fantastic location! Near 3 tube stations and a bus stop we could access so many different transport links easily. Minutes from Kings Cross but very quiet area with little traffic noise.
"Great stay, shame about the shower"
I stayed in a Premier Plus room so was very happy to have an iron, ironing board, decent wifi and a nice TV. As with all Premier Inns the bed was great and there was zero street noise as well as black out curtains, so I was very happy to have a great sleep. I also did a video call and a bit of work at the desk first thing which was all good, including a decent desk chair. The only let-down was the shower - the shower rail was broken so the shower head was at waist height only. I decided I'd rather not try and improvise a fix and it was too soon before I was leaving to be calling for maintenance to call.
"Great hotel"
The staff - Josiah - breakfast and rooms were great! One of our party had a birthday and Riza decorated the table beautifully!
