"Read the description, there is No Air Conditioning"
All the complaints about air conditioning when there isn’t any but it clearly states that in the description. Having stayed in winter we realised the hotel was not up to the usual standard and needed a lot spending on it. Presumed it was a money pit for the brand.

"As always a geat experience"
Frequently I have travel and go on business trips. Whenever I do I look for a nearby Premier Inn. In this case the choice was easy. I was travelling from Wigan to London Euston. However something happened on the way. There was a derailment at Milton Keynes so all trains south of Wigan weren’t running. I had to walk across the road to Wigan Wallgate, I then had to get a train to Manchester. From Manchester I had to get a train to Leeds and from Leeds I had to go to St. Pancras. From St. Pancras I got the underground to Euston.
I hadn’t been to the Premier Inn at Euston since 2005 but it was still there. It could not be more conveniently placed. You walk out of Euston and you can see it!
I was worried that since the above disruptions resulted in me being 4 hours late I wouldn’t get my room. It wasn’t a problem. For some reason when I checked in I told the assistant. They were aware of it - how, I didn’t know. Anyway my room was safe despite my arrival around 8 pm.
After I freshened up I got a bite to eat but let me assure you I was exhausted. I went to bed and as always in every Premier Inn I go to I had an amazing nights sleep.
The following morning I went down for breakfast.I just love the Premier Inn all you can eat breakfast. As usual those hash browns are crisper than you can imagine. That scrambled egg is divine and those tomatoes are as fresh as you like. Those mushrooms, as always, were divine. Then for the 2nd helping, strawberry yoghurt and their cranberries with strawberries. Trust me it fills you up to such an extent you don’t need lunch!
I went for my course and before I checked out I asked how do I book in for Stasher.com because there were signs at reception. The staff member said I didn’t need to bother. Since I was a guest I could put my luggage in the storage facility saving me a few pounds.
So all in all another enjoyable experience with Premier Inn.
So the usual questions.
Would I go there again? Well since 2024 I’ve been to the Premier Inn at Manchester Central, Chelmsford, Birmingham NEC, Peterborough, Brentwood and London Euston. That tells you I’ll be staying there again!
Would I recommend Premier Inn to anyone else? I openly say that whenever you are staying somewhere check out their website for their nearest hotel. You will not be disappointed.
Are they worth the money? Good value at 10 times the price.
What would I recommend to the public? As I said above- I openly say that whenever you are staying somewhere check out their website for their nearest hotel. You will not be disappointed. Like me you’ll be shaken but stirred.

"Does not worth the money"
Location and mattress are very good.
It's an old hotel.
Air conditioning was not working and free wifi is very poor.
Outdated hotel with a breakfast very limited to traditional british options. Not even some cheese and ham are available, but there are beans, bacon, mushrooms and fried eggs.
To expensive for the offer.

1, There was a damp/foisty smell in the lobby ways on the 5th Floor.
2. The Air conditioning was not working in all rooms, a number of persons complained about this, the room was 29 Degrees all weekend, which was very unbearable and all we had was a small fan which did not circulate cold air but warm air. Sleeping was again unbearable.
I went to reception and talked with the shift manager who said he could not do anything.
yet the hotel was still taking bookings, a lady arrived at reception on the evening of Friday 27 June and was about to book in, the manager did not inform her of the situation with the air conditioning. Myself and another lady infromed her
about the situation of the Air Conditioing. She was not pleased with the duty manager. I also phoned the guest relations team and informed them of the situation of the Premier inn, this team was not made aware of the problems. I then told them that you now have this information and should take action, I asked if the conversation was recorded, and the person confirmed yes at this point, so as a company you need to take action to protect your reputation. Premier Inn now have this information, so take action, you also have a duty of care in this situation you are not protecting public health, but endanging health of person who booked into this Premier inn
Overall, this is the worst experience with Premier Inn that we have had in the whole time that we have visited London and stayed in this Premier Inn on numerous occasions. I will therefore consider not using the Premier Inn chain again.
Ensure the smell is stopped and air conditioning is working to provide cooling at the Premier Inn.
Both of these items need to be sorted as a matter of urgency.
As a company you should stop taking more bookings for this particular Premier inn in Dukes Road, London Euston until the air conditioning situation is rectified.

"Don’t stay here with babies. Increased SIDS chance"
The AC is broken and the staff simply claim that they do not have aircon. But there are instructions on how to use it in the rooms. We are travelling with our 4month old and the room was 29 degrees all night even with the fan on and windows open. This is dangerous for kids that young!
They were also weirdly stingy with the towels. We booked as a family of three and were provided one towel. No bother we went and asked for more at the desk. They provided one bath and one hand towel.
I’ve stayed in many premier inns and this is easily the worst most out of date one. Absolutely avoid
