    "Ripped me off"
I was looking for a hotel with an early check-in option and found this one. I booked a room for one night, but I couldn’t find any option for early check-in. I thought I would just call them after booking to arrange it. However, they didn’t answer the phone for three days. Every time I called, it was just an automated message unrelated to my question. I even emailed them, but I never got a response. After four days, I finally reached a lady who told me there was no option to pay a fee for early check-in because the room I booked was occupied until 12 o’clock. I asked if I could pay extra to switch to another room that would allow early check-in. She said there were none available, which seemed impossible for such a big hotel at this time of year. Then she told me that if I wanted to cancel, I wouldn’t get a refund. The only option was to pay for the night before, so I could arrive earlier. I paid, but then realized she had already told me I couldn’t check in early because other guests were in the room until 12 pm. I realized she had lied just to ripped me off for more money. The whole experience was disgusting.not recommended at all👎
    "Poor service and poor quality"
I rarely complain about hotels; I know there’s some things that can’t be helped. However this hotel was a terrible experience and I will not stay here again. The location is great, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The computers were down when I arrived so I couldn’t check in until about 30 minutes of waiting. After a 10 hour flight this was the last thing I wanted to do. The AC was not working in the rooms, and there was no fan in the bathroom so the humidity was unbearable. My best option was to open the window, but it was extremely noisy outside (my room was facing an industrial building of some kind). I couldn’t even get a cup of tea downstairs as the restaurant was closed and there was no milk. The attendant was rude and unaccommodating. I can’t imagine a worst experience! I usually like Premier Inns; they are generally good rooms for the price, but this specific location has a problem.
    "Great staff"
Was let down badly by Bookings.com - booked room didn't exist!. Having no where to stay I rolled up at the hotel to be met by professional, understanding and comfortable hotel (even if the AC wasn't working). The room had a fan, was clean and quiet. After walking many miles (due to tube strike) in very hot weather, I was so grateful for such a nice hotel and welcome - where I could talk to real people and not an App or call centre.
    "Not so Premier"
We stayed at the Premier Inn, Euston for one night before we went on Eurostar the next morning....and it was one night too long...believe me. The allocated room on the 5th floor, and the hallway, had a musty, sewage-like, smell. The air conditioning was broken (which I'm led to understand is a long term problem). Cleanliness, or lack of it, in the room was terrible with sticky, grubby surfaces everywhere. The bed itself was clean and comfortable hence the 2 stars out of 5. We went to the bar for a drink and the beer pumps were broken and the bar only had a limited choice of bottled beverages. Once again, all the surfaces in that area were sticky and grubby. It reminds me of a hotel that is about to be closed down or refurbished. I'm a big fan/user of Premier inn and we usually have great experiences with this chain but this is the second time we have been disappointed at the Euston branch. If I'd paid £80 for the night I would have not been too unhappy, but this was full London price..£160. We wished we'd paid an extra few pounds and booked into the Premier Inn St Pancras which is a FAR superior establishment. Premier Inn really do need to take this hotel in hand and sort it out !
"Ok - standard with some basic missing"
It was overall ok - just everything very basic. Bathroom was clean which is important for most people. Bedding was clean but pillow was horrible and cheap, got a neck ache. Aircon not working so boiling hot in the room, couldn't sleep all night. No electric socket by the bedside to charge the phone which is basic for any room or hotel. Tiny mirror squeezed in a corner so not easy to straighten your hair. Overall ok due to it all being standard. Cleanliness was reasonable.
