    "You could pay me to stay at Euston premier in again"
    Staff are lazy and rude not all but reception Not friendly and not welcome Breakfast staff were lovely and welcoming and that was about it

    Good and bad experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Unfortunately I called Premiere Inn (Tel No. 0333 003 8101) on 21st July at 19:38 to make a simple enquiry about the booking. The call handler had an incredibly poor attitude and was very rude. The queries I had were simple clarifications, that would help me plan our trip, nothing complicated at all. Premiere Inn, your customer support team need to do better.
    "A Disappointing Stay"
    We booked because of the hotel's location close to Euston Station and because we have always found Premier Inns consistently good. However this one was very disappointing. it had a very tired feel about it with the carpets appearing dusty and worn. The room's appearance was dated, the bath stained, soap dispenser not working and we had to chase up towels from the cleaners, mainly because during our two day stay we rarely saw any reception staff. We did encounter staff at breakfast but they were generally abrupt. The hotel was generally quiet but we were disturbed the first night at 2.0am by guests returning to their rooms. The only positive we found was the air conditioning. We will not return.

    I had a fantastic experience! The staff was super nice and helpful 😍 I was greatly assisted by Frances, who was incredibly lovely, polite and helpful!

    Lovely clean room, delicious breakfast and evening meal. Staff for the most part are friendly and welcoming with the exception of a male staff member who's behaviour would make Basil Fawlty blush.
