London Euston hotel

Great location for a visit to London if coming into the station literally a 2min walk. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We were able to leave our bags before and after check in / out in the storage room no problem. The room we had on the 4th floor was larger for the 3 of us and well maintained. However, the fan in the room did nothing at all against the heat, we were not there during the summer heatwaves but it was still in bearable even when the windows were open. Also to try to get done cooler air in the windows were open all night there was a lot of noise from the road. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. It was a great stay but the room was just too uncomfortable temperature wise 😔

Great location ,just a few minutes easy walk to Euston Station. My room was clean and comfortable. The a/c wasnt working but my room was fine and I had a fan which made it perfect temperature. The staff are all really lovely - friendly and super helpful. I must mention especially Ali who went over and above to find me a softer pillow. Thank you Ali! I akways choose Premier whenever I travel as you can rely on a good consistent standard. They dont profess to be luxury but they are great fir location and comfortable clean bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been using Premier Inns for 20 years and always had a good experience. Have stayed at Premier Inn Euston before so didn’t check amenities list on booking this trip. The worst 4 nights sleep I’ve ever had. It’s was very hot outside but a hot house inside. Why send a misleading email a month out from our trip noting the air conditioning was being worked on. When I later argued about their good nights sleep guaranteed I was palmed off twice noting it is no longer a listed amenity. Seriously why send the email a month out from arrival and if you did why not admit it was broken and give us a chance to rebook else where I feel sorry for the staff working there. Terrible experience and will not use this hotel again. Breakfast was good !

The hotel is conveniently located near Euston. Our bedroom was on floor 2 and was extremely warm (bearing in mind it was only 22 degrees outside. It’s my fault for not checking, but there is no air con or cooling system in the room, with windows that barely open. It was a very uncomfortably warm sleep, with the room reading 29 degrees during the night. The hotel provides a fan, which helps marginally. We booked evening dinner as part of the meal deal, and arrived just after 5 to which there were no staff members to seat us a for a good few minutes. Food is basic and the chef produced the food fairly quickly as we were first to order. What was a disappointment to see was that the chef became a waitress due to no one answering her bell for service. I believe her name starts with Z, but she did a wonderful job. The staff were all very friendly, but unfortunately all rushed off their feet on the evening. Breakfast was a decent spread with enough to keep us all going, even our 3 year old. To summarise, it’s an ok hotel if the weather is cool outside, but I will book the other hotel which is about 100m down the same road, and I’m sure has air con next time

Stayed at the hotel as part of a theatre trip. Nice hotel and great location for the various train stations. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we ate in a pub nearby. However, the room was comfortable and had a great night’s sleep.
