"Going down hill"
Returning guests to this Premier Inn, always had air con in bedrooms. This time it's not working, Working in corridors and guest area. Electric fans are hopeless when it's 29 degrees outside. When complaining to onside staff the answer was always "this hotel is not advertised as having air con ".
Constantly ran out of ice in the bar, morning, noon and night, we wet to the local shop 2 mins. walk away to buy bags of ice, met a few fellow guests doing the same thing. I've stayed here in July a few times and never ever had a complaint about this hotel, but noticed a big deterioration since I was last here 3 years ago.
It wouldn't put me off staying at Premier Inn, but I don't think I would stay here again. and certainly wouldn't recommend it to a friend .

"Was ok"
Perfect location between King’s Cross and Euston.
Clean room, booked for 2 adults but only provided 1 towel. Spare pillows on top of wardrobe. Not ideal when petite so couldn’t reach them!
Absolutely BAKING hot room. No air con. Was 30 degrees in it overnight. I know they provided a fan and did email to advise of air con issue but the lobby was cold as were the corridors and lift. Really needs sorting as was too uncomfortable to sleep.
Helpful staff on check out and store out luggage til later in the day for us

"Save your money"
Broken air conditioning, room was 32 degrees. We would never have booked if known this. £448 for 2 nights in a shabby sweat box

"Ridiculous room temperature with no AC"
Stayed with my wife and daughter in the family room for the recent MCR concert at Wembley. No functioning AC. Room was unbearable at night with the heat (thermostat in the room was reading 31oC.) Spoke with reception and they sent us to a cupboard on the second floor to fetch an additional desktop fan. Now we had 2 fans circulating hot air.
Being in London city centre and with the average temps in July, you would think having a functioning AC system wpuld be a priority for the comfort of paying guests.
Wirh the exception of the location, the room, comfort and stay at this hotel was a real negative aspect of what was otherwise an enjoyable trip to London.
