    "Gone downhill !"
    Air con doesn’t work and as the hotel is on a VERY noisy main road with constant sirens wailing, leaving the windows open meant it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep! Very tatty, tired rooms. Toilet paper dispensers the same as you get in public toilets, no removable shower head meaning you cannot shower without getting your hair soaked, extremely hot 13 tog duvet and the price has almost doubled since I stayed 3 years ago. Good breakfast however and helpful, polite staff. Sadly, won’t return however.

    Great location and staff were fab. Rooms very warm but to be expected in the heat. Fan has been provided which helped to a point. The staff in the restaurant. Mainly the male greeter and server was excellent. Great conversation and very diligent.

    Please avoid this hotel in any circumstances. We booked 2 rooms for 3 day stay . When checked in on 28th July evening, we got a room which was stinking of cigarettes and smoke . My wife who is allergic and asthmatic couldn't stay there even for a min. No one from family was able to even enter the room . We raised this with manager on site ( i guess his name was Kieran) after waiting for him for an hour , he told there is nothing he can do in worst possible way and very rude manner. We requested him to provide us another room but he directly refused saying the room is fine when it wasn't. After requesting him few times to change the room as we couldn't stay in that room he got frustrated and threatened us that he will throw us out of property and that we should leave . We were traveling from Edinburgh and were very tired with 2 ladies and a 2 year baby, even then he was so inconsiderate. Eventually after 2 hours of all this and humiliation by manager we couldn't stand it anymore . We had to book another hotel for 3 days stay in London. I lost almost 1000 GBP booking with premium inn without staying in room for even a min . I have stayed at various premier inns ( i guess more than 30 ) across 5 year but never had such a bad experience. After this incident and getting harassed by manager i will never stay in any premier inn and will never let any of my family and friend go to premier inn. If anyone from premier inn management bothers to read this I request a full refund for 3 days of booking of 2 room and strict action against the manager for his behavior and worst customer service.
    "Very very challenging"
    Very challenging hotel, local authority housing above hotel and so many people asking for help all around all day and night. My hotel door failed a huge number of times, long waits and long treks to desk and back. Hardly any of the products on offer (in bar and restaurant) were not available (for 10 days) and one member of staff was rude, dismissive, unkind and inspite of me sharing what happened in her words ‘nothing will happen’ so say what you want. Also, “this is not being recorded so it can’t be seen or reviewed” 😞
