"Very bad!"
They didn’t have a family room for us, told us they gave it to a family of 3, even though we booked a family room. My husband was at the hotel at 7:15pm because my little boy was poorly and needed to go to bed, but they didn’t get him a room till around 21:10!! The room wasn’t big enough for the 4 of us, single bed was wedged up against the double bed. Didn’t offer anything to my husband. He just sat in the lobby after being told time again it would just be a few minutes. Eventually he walked round to the bar thinking this is a joke. We will never stay here again. They simply didn’t care. No one has responded to our complaint, the best we got was the breakfast was free and even that was rubbish…freezing cold!

"Ali at reception is brilliant, 5 stars!!! 🤩"
We arrived to be greeted by lovely staff who attended to us straight away with a smile. We arrived early and Ali gave us complimentary free early access to our room. He was polite, friendly and attentive as I was travelling with my 2 daughters for 2 nights. He asked if we would like to add breakfast to our stay and anything else that we required.
The room was clean, to a good standard, plenty of towels for the 3 of us, a large double and a single bed. Mattresses very comfortable. The room had extra heaters in the room incase any ones cold. The room was only on the first floor, there are sirens going off nearly every 10 mins during the day from ambulances etc, but you can’t hear them much with the windows and curtains closed. As the room was on 1st floor it was not so soundproofed when someone walks past, so bring ear plugs if you need it. The bathroom doesn’t have a hand held shower, but does have an overhead shower with hand wash and body and hair wash which we used and was nice to have. The room has a hairdryer, kettle and cups with tea/coffee sachets.
We didn’t use the hotels breakfast as we wake up late, but the hotel has a very convenient Costa on the ground floor which we used everday and you can go from the inside of the building.
On our last day I requested late checkout and again I was met by lovely Ali at reception, who again went above and beyond to meet our needs, and gave us complimentary free late checkout, thankyou so much Ali, you made it worthwhile booking a room at premier inn Euston! We would come back again because the service from Ali was just brilliant!!! Thankyou!!! The staff made our stay memorable forever :)

"Good location"
Welcome not great. I said my name and spelled it but man couldn't find my booking. Eventually after I told him how to spell my name for the third time he found my booking. Room was fine. Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice toiletries. Good pillows. Breakfast and evening meal were very good. Most staff very friendly. I was on ground floor but windows kept out traffic noise. There had obviously been some sort of issue because there were tow large dehumidifiers in the corridor which were very noisy. Heater in room was sufficient. Had a great sleep. Wi-fi worked and good range of TV channels

"I offered my room to the people sleeping outside, but they politely declined"
Absolute shocking experience, not what I came to expect from the Premier Inn. Upon approaching the building it dawned on me I would be spending the night in a 1950s office block destined for demolition due to being hit during several blitzkrieg air raids. The only plus of the desolate reception area were the ever so friendly personalised self-check-in kiosks, saving me having to converse with someone matching the state of the building. After a ride up the rickety and claustrophobia inducing elevator, I was welcomed by an unbearable smell of damp and filth on the 4th floor. My assumption is that this was an accessibility trial so that the visually impaired would be able to locate the floor they would be on. Having scored the room at the very far end of the corridor, therefore disproving there were any accessibility programmes in place, the room was not in wifi range, however this was not the case for the noises on the street. Well within range and amplified by the reverse engineering of single pane windows. The bathroom was reminiscent of the stage of One Flew over the Cuckoos nest, including a 1970s shower curtain that I can only imagine had been made available to wrap a body to dispose off in. Come to think of it, it may have already been used for that purpose. Multiple times. Avoid.
