"Don’t stay here with babies. Increased SIDS chance"
The AC is broken and the staff simply claim that they do not have aircon. But there are instructions on how to use it in the rooms. We are travelling with our 4month old and the room was 29 degrees all night even with the fan on and windows open. This is dangerous for kids that young! They were also weirdly stingy with the towels. We booked as a family of three and were provided one towel. No bother we went and asked for more at the desk. They provided one bath and one hand towel. I’ve stayed in many premier inns and this is easily the worst most out of date one. Absolutely avoid
      "Premier Inn Euston – Beware"
Premier Inn Euston – Beware: No Air Con, No Sleep, No Hot Breakfast, No Complaining, No Apology Review: Booked Premier Inn Euston for June 2025, assuming a central London hotel charging £300 for two nights would have basics like air conditioning – especially with the temperature being 25°. I was at the same hotel six years ago; it had great air conditioning. But when I booked now, they omitted the missing A/C during booking. No mention in the confirmation email or their kind “See you in a week” email. Only in a “See you tomorrow” email – after the cancellation window had closed – did they reveal there’s no air con and kindly stated one may ask for a fan! Apparently, it broke over five years ago. Still not fixed. Still not flagged up properly, and they’re not even waiting for an engineer to fix it. The room was stifling. A tiny slit in the window had to stay open, letting in non-stop noise from skips, traffic, and late-night construction. No sleep. Breakfast? Cold eggs, fridge-cold pancakes, no rolls. Insulting. Premier Inn’s response? “It says so on the website.” Not true. The only clue is that they don’t have a small icon for an A/C under Hotel Facilities. They also don’t offer a complaints procedure. They offer a response on a contact form with three options: “I’d like to say well done”, “I'd like to give some feedback”, or finally, “something else”. For a brand that promises a “great night’s sleep, guaranteed,” this was extremely misleading – especially given the non-stop advertising that pushes that exact promise. Would a certain Lenny Henry care to respond?
      "Good hotel to stay in"
Nice hotel with really comfortable beds. Staff where helpful and friendly. The vending machine in lobby was great with the selection of items that you might forget while travelling
"If you are considering this hotel - please don't"
No air conditioning in a London hotel during the summer won't work out well for a good night's sleep, despite Premier Inn's sleep guarantee. So they provided a fan. Recycling the air in the room at 27 degrees still leaves the temperature at 27. No warning about the air conditioning situation until the day before we travelled. No time to find another hotel without incurring significant costs. Restaurant was also short staffed and one member of staff was particularly unprofessional and confrontational when challenged about the poor service. Give the hotel a miss. The hassle isn't worth it.
      "A true rating - 1*"
Do not stay here - the 4.1 rating is a joke, look at everyone’s pictures! This is the worst Premier Inn. No AC (they apparently say this in an email on booking, it’s a problem they’ve had for years and don’t care) my room was over 28C (you get a budget fan). Filthy rooms, bitten by something in the bed on both nights, it’s disgusting- in both terms of room standards and pricing. It’s not worth the money, they are destroying the Premier Inn brand here. And when you complain - like a few of us did - you get a card to a weblink for a customer relations team. No help on site, not able to refund.
