    "One of the better Premier inns"
    Nice hotel. Clean. Ideal location just 5 mins walk from London St Pancras station and King's Cross. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    A/C not working. They only notify us a week before my booking day which not helpful... Difficult for me to find other hotel in that short notice
    "Not a pleasant or friendly hotel and way over priced, even for London."
    All of it could have been better. Our room was not a family room that we paid for it was a double room with 2 tiny beds shoved in what little space there was. I know this because my brother and his family had an actual family room. The staff member checking in was grumpy and sour. The other staff didn't help despite there being a large queue forming. I was told I could check in after 11 for £15. When I got there I couldn't check in as there were no rooms. I eventually got checked in at ten past 2 and still charged the £15. It was ridiculous.

    Air con doesn’t work and as the hotel is on a VERY noisy main road with constant sirens wailing, leaving the windows open meant it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep! Very tatty, tired rooms. Toilet paper dispensers the same as you get in public toilets, no removable shower head meaning you cannot shower without getting your hair soaked, extremely hot 13 tog duvet and the price has almost doubled since I stayed 3 years ago. Good breakfast however and helpful, polite staff. Sadly, won’t return however.
