    "Dissapointing"
Stayed at lots of premier inns, and stayed here previously, on this occasion not such a great visit, we were informed prior to our booking that the air con wasn't working as on arrival the room had a large fan, however about 2am the air con started making a loud noise which went on for two or three hours which was annoying. The rooms bathroom was grubby white stains on the back of the door, dirty soap dispensers, tiles and bath silicone all grubby as well as marks on the walls and a mirror that had see better days, . The following morning I informed 2 people at reception about my problems which recieved a luke warm response. On getting home I got in touch with premier customer services hopefully my concerns will be addressed
    "Overnight stay"
A good premier inn we have stayed there many times. Self service check inn, easy to operate. A good size room comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Very clean
    "Exvellent Customer Service"
Very comfortable room with coffee and tea facilities. The reception staff were friedly and very helpful. Maria and Ada in the restaurant greeted us with a nice smile and were very friendly and helpful providing useful information about the food and where evetything was in the restaurant. I'll definitely recommed this Premier Inn. Alma
"Not a good start to our visit"
Was very disappointed when we arrived. We couldn't check in until 3pm. We was asked if we wanted to check in earlier we had to pay an extra £15. We agreed to pay this but then they said the room wasn't ready yet. So we went outside to wait for an hour. Then when we did go to check in the self check in boards weren't working. Someone came to the board and said ithe system is still loading. Even though it wouldn't let you do anything on the board until after 3pm. It kept saying 'Oops something has happened'. We gave up then had to go to join the back of the queue. It wouldn't even let me check in on line. This just put a damper on the start of our trip to London. It took over ½ hour to check in which meant we didn't have that long to get ready because we had to catch a tube at just after 4pm. Also when we got to the desk to check in the girl went to give us our card key but then took it back off us, saying she had given us the wrong room. Which I didn't understand as they initially said our room wasn't ready when we first arrived. On checking out day (the next day) there was a knock on our door at 11.00am asking if we was leaving so they could clean the room. Then there was another knock on the door at 11.30am. Check out is at 12.00 which means we'd not even been in the room 24 hours. You wouldn't let us check in when we arrived and then you want us to vacate early. I've stayed at other premier inns and never experienced this before. Also there was a long hair in the bathroom on the tiles near the shower gel and a few small hairs in the bath. I also thought the room was a bit dated.
    "Hotel horror story"
Appalling hotel. Scruffy, torn furniture in restaurant. Food poor and needed to wait for breakfast items as restaurant couldn’t meet the demand. Aircon broken, said there would be a solution with a fan. Room temperature almost 30 degrees. Fan woefully inadequate and blew around hot air. Couldn’t open window as hotel on a busy road junction - loud engines, sirens, shouting etc… Miserable experience, no sleep. Nobody at this hotel answers the phone. Do not choose this hotel.
