Good location , good staff , big rooms for family

I cannot write highly of the staff that were working on the night of 7th May when I had to make an emergency booking due to widespread problems at Euston station. They were dealing with a full hotel yet they managed to make the stay very pleasant. I would especially like to mention the staff on the front desk and in the restaurant. They make a stressful experience bearable and should be commended. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

1. Desperate need to shut down and revamp 2. Lies about the air conditioner not working recently, after discovering this is an ongoing issue since June 2025. 3. Corridors, exits, rubbish and dust are not cleaned 4. Saw staff and managers were having fag fire exit door. 5. Young servers weren't welcoming and showed poor manners. 6. Furniture is worn and broken. 7. Using a fake restaurant looks upgraded, but still has 80s furniture. 8. Menu prices differ from the receipt after payment. 9. On check out, no one at reception had to leave a card on the desk. 10. The corridors' ceiling is dirty and missing tiles 11. Carpets are dirty 12. Door contact points are dirty 13. Shopping trolley with a disabled wheelchair left under the emergency fire stairs 14. Chefs not wearing hats or gloves when handling food. 15. Most salt and pepper shakers are empty 16. A lot of flooring with warning stickers. 17. What can I say, I won't be coming back due to poor General Manager, food management, and staff concerns!

Good value if booked in advance. Location excellent for my needs. Room clean and the bed was comfortable. Service helpful. Iced water by the entrance. Showers not consistently hot. The hairdryer did not work. Lifts dlow
