"Sweat box with bad nights sleep."
Had a very bad stay here for 2 nights, the room was over 30 degrees most of the time and if you open the windows which we had to at night to get a bit of cool air in it was very noisy. Would not recommend this hotel due to not being able to cool the room.

"Worst night of my life"
Absolutely awful experience. We paid **£179 for one night**, and considering the price, the conditions were completely unacceptable. The room had **no air conditioning despite temperatures reaching around 35°C**, making it almost impossible to sleep.
We were so desperate to cool down that we had to **fill the bath with cold water and put our feet in it** just to get some relief from the heat. We also went down to the bar as instructed to fill our bottles up with cold water, but even that was disappointing as it turned out to be **warm water straight from the tap**, which did nothing to help in the heat. There was also **no fridge in the room**, so we couldn’t keep any drinking water cold throughout the night.
Paying £179 to spend the entire night sweating, uncomfortable and unable to sleep was honestly disgusting. At that price, basic comfort should be guaranteed, especially during extreme heat. Very disappointing and definitely not an experience I would expect from Premier Inn.

"Avoid unless you want to sleep in a sweat box"
I think quite simply the worst premier inn ever!
I stay away frequently with work and book our hotels though a 3rd party agent.
Check in can’t be done though the kiosks as the address is not mine. Usually it’s a, name. Booked though the agent. Company I work for and done.
I arrived at 2am to discover the team on reception couldn’t understand why I didn’t have access to the reservation number. My work phone was now flat. I couldn’t confirm the address as it’s not mine. It’s the agents which I don’t know. I then had to prove my ID. They tried to make me use the kiosk but I couldn’t. It was painful. After some tooing and froing, I got checked in.
Only to arrive to what can be described as the hottest room on earth! 31 degrees. No breeze and the worst night ever. I swear on booking this was advertised as with AC. however it is now not. I barely slept as had to keep the window open. The decor is dated and tired. The room I now question if it was actually cleaned as my towel had marks on it and there was a chocolate wrapper under the desk.
For a decent night sleep, avoid this branch and stay at St Pancras just down the road.
