I am a long stay at this hotel from my company! I would 100% tell you to stay at this hotel the reception team are so nice and friendly at all times specially Marjan and Lacey. They always have that big smile on their face. I always come and ask for extra stuff in the room and they always help with smile. The rooms are nice and clean, specially now with this heatwave it’s good that I am staying here as they have A/C in the rooms which helps a lot

Hotel was well located for the film studios next door. Overall the rooms were clean and pretty well featured.
For my particular room, the fan in the bathroom was loud and ran for a long time and also the air conditioning was a bit noisy.
The rates can be quite steep rising to over £180 on Wednesday night. This seems quite competitive with other hotels in the area.
I'm a bit annoyed that I have to pay £8 per night to the car park when you're paying in excessive £180 per night for the room.

Generally stay at the Innova Park in Enfield on the first floor in an accessibility room which is a long walk from the lift when you are disabled. I paid extra and booked premium plus assuming I wound be nearer to the lift however was given a ground floor room which was further away. Ground floor corridors were unkempt with cleaning trolley's in the corridor still at 3.30pm. Room had a damp smell so had to spray with zoflora disinfectant and Febreze on the linen. Skirting’s in shower room rotted. Room 46. Windows overlooked a dirty car park.
Luckily I was in London for an event so spent minimal time in my room. Very disappointed with this visit. In general this establishment needs a refurb inside and out .

Then take five back at the hotel with some lovely tasty food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
