"Lovely stay!"
We were at a concert in Tottenham Stadium and chose this premier inn as it was north of London instead of going towards the city. Just a short walk to the train station. Marjan at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Always a good night sleep at premier inn. There were some complimentary croissants and coffee because the restaurant was getting refurbed. Would definitely stay again.

"Bad experience with Enfield Premier In"
Poor all round. Really bad communication, told the restaurant was closed, couldn't be moved to another hotel. Then told it would be open, but wasn't when I arrived. Tried to get answers from them so that o could be sure my insulin was properly looked after as a diabetic and it would be easy to get breakfast.
They also try and decieve people into paying for parking unnecessarily. Multiple machines requiring you to pay, but then one screen on the desk to get it for free.
Overall a really poor experience start to finish (I haven't even gotten into detail about chasing round various pre-stay and post-stay customer service options) and won't be staying at premier inn in future

"An Oven in the Premier Rooms"
Aircon bust in Premier rooms. Temperature must have been 30c+. Couldn't have window open too long as was noisy and ineffective. I left after one night. The corridors smell of BO. The property feels tired and needs a functioning ventilation system.
Complaining via the Whatsapp link on Premier Inn site, I got minimal interaction from their indian call centre. Evidently the help line is shut most of the time or the staff are busy with instagram.
Last time I stayed in July the aircon was good. So I don't know WFT is going on. The management said there had been reported issues with aircon that they had escalated but it no action.
I would advise customers to avoid this place in the summer. It will be unbearable unless they fix and upgrade the aircon.

Then take five back at the hotel with some lovely tasty food at our Premier Inn restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
