London Enfield hotel

Very bad experience......very dirty and unsafe, i don't recommend to anyone. I was disgusted to use the toilet ar touch anything around, very old very expensive, i won't be back ever

The staff members I met , Sevi and lacey are so nice and had all the time for me.

Lacey,Sevi and Gavin at the reception were outstanding. Lacey greeted us with us with a warm smile and handled check in perfectly. Sevi was super helpful with local recommendation,while Gavin was so friendly and help us with our huge luggages.

All staff very friendly. Room clean but not checked properly found a baby pacifier beside the bed and some sort of nut and bolt. Both nights there were boy racers making a heck of a noise on the road out front of our room. The second night was so bad lots of police arrived and helicopter. It was sorted around midnight. The restaurant was a disapointing, on arrival we were told qutfe rudly they were fully booked. No one mentioned we had to book when we purchased our meal deal. Reluctantly they gave us a table. The table was directly beneath a very loud speaker, we asked could it be turned down and server said quite bluntly no. My grandson has autism and my granddaughter has sensitive hearing. In fact it was too loud for all 6 of us. Having to shout to place our orders to said server. A member of our party asked a young man if we could move he said yes , so we did so, the said server came back out very cross demanding we move back which we refused. She said move to the bar area if you can find a seat to which there wasnt. She stormed off. Another server came over who maybe was the duty manager not sure, she said she could turn the sound down which she did, it made things slightly better. Do they really need all that noise going, on the customers all have to shout to speak to one another. This all could have been avoided had the furst server got the music turned down. My granddaughter got upset. Won't rush back there in a hurry. Apart from that the food was OK I did want mushy peas but given normal peas.

Perfect for a one night stay. Comfortable room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was extremely busy though and there was a long wait to get in and to get hot food. Otherwise all was great.
