    "Great staff, okay-ish food, signal and parking terrible"
    Staff were brilliant, food was okay-ish, parking isn’t great as you get charged every time you drive in and out. Signal also is rubbish, I paid £5 for the (better WIFI) but it was still rubbish, apart from that it was a good stay.
    "Fair to middling"
    It was a standard Premiere Inn experience, usually as it should be for a budget hotel. I arrived about 90 mins before check in and asked if my room was ready.I was told it was but there would be a £15 charge to check in early.
    "Satnav access to car park needs correcting. Use hotel sat nav rather than the one given on the website."
    Satnav instructions for the car park ae wrong and would take guests us to the other side of the main road where there was no car park, just a Shell garage. The hotel's satnav address would have been adequate as the car park was immediately alongside the hotel.
    "Not a good hotel to stay in."
    The distance is quite far to walk going to train station around 15-20 mins. especially with a 70 y/o it is very inconvenient. The hotel room is not well-cleaned, blankets and pillow cover felt itchy. The staff at the reception is not always available, We have to wait few minutes for them to turn up. The wifi very slow. It was very dirty outside the hotel heading to the stairs. The hallway & lift was very dusty and carpet seems too old and dirty.
    "Excellent Value."
    We had a lovely overnight stay at the Premier Inn in Eltham (SE9 3NS). The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was amazing – fresh, tasty, and with a great variety to choose from. All the staff had a happy disposition and were friendly, approachable, and more than happy to assist with any information or guidance we needed. Their warm attitude really made the experience even better. Thank you for the excellent service – we’ll definitely be back!
