      "Good Location for Eltham Palace Visit"
      Needed one night near to Eltham Palace - Premier Inn more than fitted the bill for affordability & location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful welcome on check in. Room was comfortable. We were glad we had chosen to eat breakfast the next morning as it turned out to be very good value - fresh fruit salad, hot buffet, good coffee & plenty of choice of toast /pastries etc. Small car park, but roadside parking nearby if necessary. A friendly chap (Manager ?) helped us sort the parking payment. Would use again.
      "Nice stay."
      The room was very good, very friendly staff. Generally good value for money. The hotel is clean. The bathroom, which is always a warning flag, showed signs of ‘occupation’ shall we say, but was clean. The parking was almost a 1/3rd of the cost of the stay!! It’s London!
      "Great stay"
      I enjoyed our stay there. The staff was nice and welcoming. Our room was big enough and clean. We couldn't open the window, but air conditioning was ok. Efficient free wifi but you'll need the "ultimate" version to work properly with videos. Quite copious breakfast. And London at less than 45 minutes by train. We'll definitively come back.
      "Understaffed and needing some attention"
      I have stayed at the Eltham Premier Inn a few times due to its proximity to our friends in the area. There’s a charge for the car park with space limited. Our second floor room smelt a bit musty, the usual Premier in a pointed facilities in the room. Bar and snack/restaurant are is fine however a noticeable lack of staff mean waiting to order and slow service is the impression. We prepaid breakfast but with 1 Chef catering for everyone, it’s just not adequate and everything either run out or there was a wait for replenishment. Not the Chefs fault as they can only do so much with limited resources. My overall impression was one of disappointment and the least enjoyable of my 4 stays at the hotel. It’s noticeable that the facilities and staff have been cut severely despite this being a relatively high priced Premier Inn.
      "Exceeded expectations"
      Really happy with our stay, we added on the meal deal package upon arrival and it was totally worth it. Food was exactly as you’d expect and portion sizes were great with an alcoholic drink included, breakfast was lovely as well and for the £28 each for everything you cannot complain at all. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The self check in was great too never had that before but for the overall price we were very pleased and would return.
