London Edmonton hotel

We had a few issues with our room but mostly importantly the heating and AC was controlled by reception when we arrived to our room the room was ice cold we requested for the AC to be turnt off however, after 2 attempts of going down and requesting it the staff did not turn it down nor offer to provide another duvet or change our room instead the male staff requested we speak to the manager the next morning meaning we had to sleep in a ice cold room

Steer VERY clear of this hotel. Had an awful experience and has now led to bed bugs in my own home. Thankfully its only a small infestation but I have had to spend lots of money with pest control trying to get this out of my home. To start with, we were staying with a large group of family for a wedding at a venue around the corner. The staff were absolutely awfully rude. I arrived with my partner and 1 year old and it was extremely hot, we had lots of luggage as you can imagine for a wedding and with a baby which we were trying to hold onto whilst I held my baby too. In the lobby, I dropped my bag whilst I was holding my son and everything fell out. There were 3 members of staff there, including one man who was showing us to the lifts and not ONE single person offered to help as they could clearly see me struggling to pick everything up with my son in my arms. Following this, the next morning at breakfast, the woman who was taking room numbers at breakfast was VERY rude. As mentioned, there was a large group of us all staying in the same hotel, so naturally there was some confusion regarding room numbers as different members of the family came down at different times to have breakfast. The woman at the desk was so rude as SHE could not cope with the confusion. I understand it can be confusing, but I am certain we are not the first large group and won't be the last. She even confronted my brother in law with his children and asked, and I quote "Who are you now and who's are these?" ,meaning his children. He was so embarassed in front of other guests and it was extremely unprofessional. Lastly, I experienced itchy bites the next morning which I did not realise at the time was likely due to BED BUGS! I assumed as it was a heatwave it could have been just a fly or mosquito bites. On arriving home, I then continued to experience bites when we returned to find a few days later there were bed bugs in my bed. I was absolutely horrified and disgusted. I have not been anywhere else, and on reading further reviews, I found that this hotel had a previous issue with bed bugs. I stayed in room 421 and the previous review of someone who experienced bed bugs was in 419. PLEASE steer clear of this hotel.

We chose to stay here due to the price, onsite parking, 5 minute was to train station or bus stop and I have always found Premier Inns to have a comfortable bed, cleans rooms and good breakfast. Staff were all so lovely and helpful.

Booked a premium room (due to availability) could not tell what i was paying extra for, room looked like every other room premier inn i have stay in. The upgraded wifi was no quicker that the free version, only go two discount codes there were three of us. The chair (you know what chair) and foot stool had some questionable stains on it and the shower head wasn't cleanest. Also for £200 a night breakfast and parking should be included.
