Staff wondered nothing too much trouble. Breakfast amazing and room spotless.

Lovely hotel, lovely room, perfect size for the 3 of us. Very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful and gave my son a gift balloons and card because they knew it was his birthday 🎈 only thing is the address took us to the middle of an industrial estate around the corner but we got there in the end.

Decent enough place, but what set it apart was the staff. Unfailingly polite, helpful and welcoming, which elevated a mundane stay to an unexpectedly pleasant one.

Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to families and other travellers. **Location and Convenience:** The hotel is conveniently located, with Meridian Water railway station nearby and bus route 341 easily accessible. There is also a Tesco grocery shop nearby, which is very useful when travelling with children. Getting around and exploring London was quite convenient. **Rooms:** The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short family stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well maintained. It was a pleasant place to relax and recharge after a long day exploring London. **Value for Money:** We found the hotel to be good value for money, especially considering the cleanliness, convenient transport connections, breakfast options and friendly service. For families visiting London for a short trip, it is a practical and comfortable choice. **Noise Level:** The hotel environment was generally calm and peaceful. We enjoyed a comfortable stay without significant disturbance from noise, which allowed us to relax properly after busy days exploring the city. **Cleanliness and Comfort:** The hotel was clean, calm and comfortable, providing a pleasant place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The atmosphere was peaceful, which we particularly appreciated during our family trip. **Excellent Staff and Hospitality:** What made our stay especially memorable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A special thank you to the manager, Mr Gazi, who was exceptionally cordial, welcoming and supportive. He provided us with all the necessary information and assistance to make our stay comfortable. One particularly helpful facility was the option to leave our luggage safely at reception if arriving before the check-in time. This allowed us to start exploring London without worrying about our bags – a really convenient service for tourists! **Breakfast – A Lovely Start to the Day:** The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, including choices suitable for children. I particularly enjoyed the hash browns, scrambled eggs and cappuccino. A special mention goes to Fabrizia, who assisted us during breakfast. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and always greeted guests with a lovely smile. Her warm hospitality made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. **Final Thoughts:** We truly appreciated the comfortable environment, convenient location and, above all, the wonderful hospitality of the team. Small gestures and friendly people can make a big difference when travelling with family, and this hotel certainly made us feel welcome. Thank you, Mr Gazi, Fabrizia and the entire team for making our London stay so pleasant and memorable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to London!
