London Edmonton hotel

I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn London Edmonton. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The breakfast service was excellent, with a good choice of food, fresh options, and everything well organised. The team serving breakfast were polite, helpful, and made the morning experience very enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Five stars.

Stayed here for work, won’t be back. Room was really nice, staff were friendly but the food was the worst I have ever had at a Premier Inn. I use Premier Inn for work all across the country, and out of the 4 evening meals I had this week, not one of them was decent. The quality was poor. The Fish & Chips, normally really nice at PIs, was just a frozen supermarket offering which was pretty horrible. Mixed Grill, Gammon Steak, and sirloin just poor quality meat and swimming in oil/grease. Such a shame because the staff and rooms are lovely.

Great nights sleep and lovely breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located for our fairly regular trips to watch Tottenham, it's literally a 20 minute walk to the stadium. We booked a 'Premier Plus' room, it's a little extra but make good use of the minibar and coffee machine. The room is always clean and fresh with everything you need for a relaxing stay, the bed is incredibly comfy!!! Whilst the location and room are great, what really makes the difference here are the staff, they are so incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. On this occasion Abdul and Fabrizia were our standout performers. Abdul, the manager is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him, his demeanour is genuine and i feel that he is respected and liked by guests and staff alike. Fabrizia is a real gem, she is incredibly helpful and so lovely to talk to. Despite obviously being very busy, she still took time out to talk to us, she too is a real asset to Premier inn. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel (meal deal) and everything was delicious. At breakfast, on both mornings, we were asked if we would like any eggs that were not on the buffet such as fried or poached, this was such a nice touch. We have stayed at many Premier inns however I must say that all of the staff at Edmonton are exceptional, I feel bad for just highlighting Abdul and Fabrizia as all the staff are fantastic, it's just that these two staff members stood out particularly on our last stay. I personally also work in the hospitality industry and understand how hard people work and also recognise good service, in my opinion you would be hard pushed to get any better service than what we received on our recent stay.
