"Awful ques to check in / no staff on bar"
Extremely long ques to check in only 1 person on reception no other staff around, went to bar as was there 40 mins before check in and was told early check in not available we waited at the bar there was no one to serve after waiting 20 mins for a drink went back to reception to be told he would serve at bar another 20 mins past to no avail so gave up and joined the qué to check in at 3 which took another 45 mins before we got to front and got checked in so poor ! Then when got to room there were fake eyelashes on the bedding.
"Great stay once again"
Great stay way the Premier Inn. Staff all friendly and efficient Good food and always greeted with a friendly smile. Special thanks to Abdul Sharaf. Gazi, Naga, Mohan, Florie Charlie and Fabrian. Such a lovely bunch of staff a credit to the company !
"Firs trip to edmonton"
We stayed here for the first time last week as it was in walking distance to tottenham stadium where beyonce was on. The staff were lovely on arrival, check in was easy, our room was nice and clean, beds were comfy and we like the option for different pillows which were stored in the bottom of the wardrobe. We did stay in one of the accessible rooms and it was huge!! We did use the restaurant for breakfast both mornings, £10.99 and kids eat free with a paying adult, as it was only me and my son it worked out £5.50 each for us to have unlimited breakfast. The amount of food was crazy....... the hot section was constantly being restocked, there was numerous cereals, toast, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, juices, tea and coffee etc. All the food we had was delicious and the staff went out there way to make sure you was happy, fulfilling any extra request customer had. On a whole our stay was great, it was easy, comfortable and clean. My only negative was our room was extremely warm.
"Excellent Service"
Really enjoyed my stay at the Premier Inn London Edmonton Hotel. We stayed here to watch Beyonce perform at Tottenham Stadium, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the easiest way to get to the stadium. The staff at breakfast provided excellent service, and we will definitely stay here again!
