"The perfect hotel in London"
This was the best hotel in London I have stayed in so far. Starting off with location I was next to he Tesla chargers which was perfect. The atmosphere was so friendly. The rooms were so spacious and clean and air con was just what we needed. I only paid £55 with free breakfast as I booked it in advance. The staff were also very friendly offered us vegan options for breakfast. I will be going back again soon.

A lovely premier inn with excellent staff and value for money. The premier plus room was stocked with all the essentials, very clean and the air conditioning was an amazing feature during the hot weather. Breakfast and dinner were superb in quality and quantity - a wonderful deal for a good price.
The location was okay, although I knew booking that it would be by a busy road away from local shops. There is a Tesco Express nearby accessible via a subway and bridge if you feel comfortable accessing them. Otherwise bring what you need and everything else you will get here. For a hotel near the North Circular, it is a very quiet area!

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Breakfast Service from Fabrizia!"
This was my first time having breakfast at Premier Inn Edmonton, and the experience was genuinely 10/10.
From the moment I arrived, Fabrizia was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the breakfast options and helped me understand what would be best for me. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and her positive attitude really made me feel looked after.
The breakfast itself was fresh, hot and really enjoyable, but what stood out most was Fabrizia’s customer service. She made the whole morning a great experience and is a real credit to the team.
I’ll definitely be coming back to Premier Inn Edmonton, especially because of the excellent service I received from Fabrizia. Thank you for making my first breakfast visit such a good one!

"Lack of communication and assistance"
We had a few issues with our room but mostly importantly the heating and AC was controlled by reception when we arrived to our room the room was ice cold we requested for the AC to be turnt off however, after 2 attempts of going down and requesting it the staff did not turn it down nor offer to provide another duvet or change our room instead the male staff requested we speak to the manager the next morning meaning we had to sleep in a ice cold room
