    Just returned from overnight stay for Coldplay concert. What a joke this hotel is by far the worst Premier inn we’ve stayed at. Check in a joke people waiting 1hour plus, no restaurant open on busy Saturday afternoon. no one the service drinks at the bar £17 for overnight parking & £174 for a room for the night ,no towels in the room had to fetch our own & no management to be seen . Absolutely disgusting Premier inn you should be ashamed.

    Great service, staff very friendly especially Arkam the morning reception staff helping my husband with the parking payment system 😬😵‍💫😂 Clean rooms and loads of onsite parking … breakfast was lovely also.

    I have went on a vacation with my family to London I have stayed at Edgeware Premier Inn the staff have been really kind and generous towards me and my family and very helpful when we needed help the food was really good quality for a really good price the service was excellent
