    Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Floorboards from the room above were very very noisy, woken both nights by the people above literally just moving around their room

    Incredible experience. Friendly and helpful all the way. The went the extra mile to make sure that I had a memorable experience at the hotel. Bravo! Maria and Raafy, please keep up the good job.
    "Shower rail fell off and very noisy!"
    The check in was easy and efficient the room clean however, the noise from the room above was awful. Banging and stomping around for hours so very little sleep. It sounded like they were moving furniture around!! To make matters worse when using shower the shower rail fell off which nearly injured myself and my young daughter who i was travelling with so we ended up with a very wet bathroom. When mentioned at reception in the morning I just got handed a review card!
