I'll rate my experience as 4 starts only because there should be an option between 'Average' and 'Very Good' which is where I stand on this review but I think 'Average' would be slightly unfair so to keep it short, I had no issues, the location and facilities were good, the staff was really nice and helpful (I'd like to mention Raafi and specially Aneta who was really lovely in all interactions I had), the food at the restaurant was really good and good value for money, as well as a great Breakfast - choice and quality of items. The only negative aspect of my review is regarding the building itself. The carpets look really old and dated, they don't look very clean at all (probably because they are so old), my room had a slight unpleasant smell, noticeable mainly every time you enter the room, the panel under the washing basin in the bathroom was damaged, the socket outlet for the shaver didn't work but worst of all, you can hear everything - from people walking around in the room above to people literally talking in the adjacent room (I could almost understand a phone conversation at some point), it's not peacefully quiet so not great for those who can struggle to fall asleep in noisy environments like me. The bed was very comfortable though and the duvet is nice - way too hot for me but I believe that's more of a 'me' problem as I cannot sleep with heavy winter duvets, even in cold winters. The room was quite warm and despite having A/C, the unit doesn't seem to stay on for long and turns off by itself or at least I couldn't figure it out so be aware that this is not the cleanest or the quietest place but it's not a bad place to stay either, specially if you use the restaurant for dinners/breakfasts
