"Very loving and made me feel very comfortable."
The stuff was absolutely lovely and accommodated to everything that me and my family needed. My room had a view of the car park in the front of the premises and it was very nice. The staff was absolutely helpful. I recommend all families to stay here.

"Could be better"
Stayed overnight here for work purpose. Found this hotel to be in need of refurbishment - dirty stained carpets - creaky floorboards in room above and only one bedside table. However the bed was very comfortable - shower good and had a good nights sleep. On checkout was told I could get a £2 discount on parking but code was out of date and paid £19 for one night parking. Have stayed here before years ago but doesn’t seem like they have made any improvements in those 20 years. Unlike other premier inns I have stayed in.

"Booked for the weekend, best customer service I’ve received for a frequent traveller."
I booked online last minute for work reasons, did not expect the customer service to be so amazing from a premiere inn. Glykeria served us at the front desk and it was hands down the best hotel experience in years due to the customer service recieved from this lovely lady! Absolute credit to premiere inn. I am a frequent traveller but any time I book a London hotel for the value and customer service it will always be this specific premiere inn.

I had a great experience at Premier Inn Edgware. Glykeria was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout my stay. She took the time to understand all my needs, answered every question clearly, and made sure I was sorted with a really nice room. Her attitude and customer service genuinely made the stay more comfortable and stress-free. Big thanks to Glykeria for the excellent service — she’s a real credit to the hotel.

"Not a good experience - Other Premier Inns available..."

I stayed at the Edgware Premier Inn December 2025. Took my 93 year old dad who requires a wheelchair to get around.
I use premier Inns quite over the years and this is the worst experience.
I was supposed to have an adjoining room (as I rang guest -relations before booking) but through a communications error between the hotel and guest-relations this was not possible and as such I was given a room across the corridor where I had to walk down corridor to keep checking in on dad, even in the middle of the night. This is being looked into by guest -services (separately hopefully)
Checkin - At this hotel is very slow. Always queues in reception. I didn’t find the receptionist very warming and welcoming as other Premier Inns
I arrived about 15:10 . One room was available.
I said its 15:00 what about the other room. The receptionist said quite abruptly, “After 3.00 pm checkin s- it could be one hour later, or even later “
Parking - Handled by a private company - VERY EXPENSIVE. £17.20 for about 14 hours parking. We would get back to hotel around 9.30 pm and depart next morning around 11 am.
We got charged £17.20 - that’s after a £1.80 discount for residents!!
Parking away from hotel not possible as needed car nearby for my wheelchair bound dad.
Our room was in the second building at this hotel. Not the main building. The front automatic door didn’t work and such I had to pull/push that door at same time as pushing /pulling the wheelchair through entrance. Apparently an engineer has been requested!
Our rooms were on floor 1 - where the wheel-chair access room was. The lift buttons didn’t engage each time successfully. Having to press buttons several times. Seems the sensor in the lift button may be worn out. I think. I’m not a lift engineer!.
Out of the 2 lifts, the right hand side lift wouldn’t move many times. Keeps staying on floor 0. Door opens , closes and doesn’t move to floor 1, pressing any floor buttons didn’t work. So we would have to transfer to the left hand side lift.
Cleanliness - in the building we were in wasn’t to normal standards. The corridors had some rubbish that was there for several days. Rooms might be cleaned but not the whole outside area.
Bathroom soap dispensers in our bathrooms were rusty -see pics
Chair in my room was stained. What seems like blood.
Dining area - We didn’t go for breakfast but when I would go to reception in morning , would see a long queue waiting to be seated.
We didn’t dine at hotel - so cannot give comment - I’m sure its good as saw other people using it.
I believe the main building at the hotel is cleaner after reading other reviews.
If you do decide to stay here - insist on the main building.
