I stayed with my family for a week at this Premier Inn location in Edgware… super accommodation, super clean rooms, super clean restaurant and very sociable and helpful staff… especially CRISTINA and SUDHAKAR a 5 star staff… professionals.. thank you and highly recommend 🙏🙏

"Good wortwhile stay"
The stay over 9 days was juxt great especially bevause of Sudakar the great manager. Always there to help solve any problem and made us feel at home
Convenient position good ac and breakfast was good. Very good nail shop just across the road Pretty Nails and lots of buses just outside the door.

The hotel was located in a good position for getting to Wembley either by uber, train or bus.
We had requested early check in but this couldn’t be accommodated as it was an event weekend. But we were still unable to check in at 3pm (normal check in time) room was not ready until 3.30, then the key didn’t work, had to queue to sort that as only 1 person sorting all queries and check ins not done on the screens. Waited 25 mins to sort, no apologies for the wait or the fact the key didn’t work.
The shower in the room ran hot then cold, then hot then cold constantly.
Room very basic, no glasses for water (had to use my tea mug).
Luckily we were only there for one night after a concert.
At breakfast 9.30am there were no bowls or plates and the hot buffet was almost empty. We had to ask 3 members of staff before anything was restocked. The coffee machine was out of order.
It appeared the hotel was short staffed at all times but staff all laid back and offered no apologies for slow service.
