"Terrible Customer Service"
If you choose to stay in any Premier Inn and you complain while there, ensure it is logged officially otherwise you are treated like a liar.
We complained that the air con wasnt working but the hotel denied that we had, both myself and my sister have medical conditions that are exasperated by heat so I was hugely disappointed that it was addressed while we were there and then when I complained after getting home the hotel denied we had raised an issue and made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one. I dont like complaining but including the car park we paid over £400 for two nights so I would have expected much better service.

I dropped off some riders at the hotel only to realise 40 minutes later that they had picked up my family groceries which I had left on the floor by the front passenger’s seat. I went back to the hotel and I was amazed at the kind of assistance that I was accorded. The supervisor went all out to ensure that I got my groceries back. He meticulously checked the lists of guests to pick out the likely ones. I had no problem expressing my gratitude at such excellent service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn. From arrival to departure, everything was superb. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all had a great night's sleep.The meals were excellent, with a good choice of food at both dinner and breakfast. The hospitality and service were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.Overall, we could not fault anything. Excellent value for money, great facilities, wonderful staff, and a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.
