London Edgware hotel

Very comfortable hotel, easy to park. Ali at breakfast was very efficient, polite & provided excellent service

While the shift staff were polite and clearly doing their best under pressure, management and property oversight fall far short of standard expectations. I would not recommend this location, nor will I stay here again. ​The main issues during my six-night stay included: ​Paid Parking Failure: I paid £108 upfront for six nights of parking, yet the car park was severely oversubscribed. I was forced to park in non-designated spaces at awkward angles, including partially over double yellow lines. Worse still, a reserved disabled space paid for by a Blue Badge holder in our party was taken by an unauthorized vehicle, with zero oversight or enforcement. ​Substandard Basic Amenities: The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unusable throughout the week. Furthermore, despite staying for six consecutive nights, our room was only cleaned once. ​Severe Understaffing: Reception was routinely unattended because staff were stretched thin across reception, bar, and restaurant duties simultaneously, leaving guests waiting around for basic assistance. ​Paying £108 for parking without a valid space provided, alongside a lack of basic room servicing and unreliable Wi-Fi, is completely unacceptable. The team on shift worked hard, but management needs to address these severe service failures immediately.

Stayed for 2 nights, location was fantastic didn't hear and traffic noise so that was a nice surprise especially with being in London. Check in was easy enough we did self check in. Staff were at bit hit and miss couldn't find any staff when we checked in or later in the evening so a little disappointed about that. The breakfast staff where lovely the coffee machine was being temperamental so one of the staff members went around and if you wanted a tea or coffee he went and fetched which was lovely. Overall a lovely stay would definitely book again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Edgware Premier Inn and this time we were not in the main building and the room was a bit rough,the carpet did not look to good and the walls needed a good painting.Found some staff very friendly and others arrogant.We only paid £144 for three nights which was a good price for London but then we had £54 parking on top of that.The Tube station is about 0.5 mile away and you are only 30 minutes from central London.

I stayed with my family for a week at this Premier Inn location in Edgware… super accommodation, super clean rooms, super clean restaurant and very sociable and helpful staff… especially CRISTINA and SUDHAKAR a 5 star staff… professionals.. thank you and highly recommend 🙏🙏
