I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big reason for that was Siraj. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
Siraj went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and smooth during my stay. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care truly stood out. Staff members like him make a huge difference and are the reason guests want to come back again.

"Beloved lost toy! Staff super helpful and he's now home!"
Me and my daughter booked a one night stay for a trip into London. The room was clean and cosy, 5* cleaning!! As we left we were in a bit of a rush and accidentally left my daughters beloved Teddy who she's cuddled for years! She was devastated! We called the hotel the following morning and Cristina, who I'd actually spoken to at the hotel, was super efficient and understanding. She straight away went to ask the housekeeper who thankfully had saved our beloved Peanut! Thank you so much Denisa!! I sent a prepaid Royal mail special delivery envelope and Cristina posted him back safely to us very quickly! He is now back home safe and sound! Thank you both! It means so much to me and my daughter that you've gone above and beyond to help us get my daughters life long friend back.
