"Positive experience"
We stayed at the Premier Inn in Edgeware and found it fairly modest and comfortable. Had to pay for parking but it’s London!
What made our stay more enjoyable were the two staff members in breakfast hall, Ali and Ramona. They were so helpful and friendly with a kind smile on their faces at all times. Even when some guests were being impolite, these two maintained their professionalism and continued on with warmth and prompt.
Overall good value for a short stay with quick links to Central London.

"Great stay"
Staying here for 3 nights with the family. Not the first time I've stayed and definitely won't be the last. Each time we've been for years we've been looked after by Raafy. What a gent, always impeccable service. Thank you so much brother!

"Great stay"
Great stay here with me and my family! We stayed here for a couple of nights for The Weeknd concert and travelling around London. Hotel was clean and great location, staff were really helpful and friendly. Ali in particular went above and beyond and was super friendly and made us feel most welcome.

"An average stay"
The hotel itself is absolutely great. Location and parking were great for our needs. We had tickets to a concert in Wembley and what really helped our visit was instructions on the reception desk on how to get the Wembley Stadium via Bus & Train. This was an absolute godsend for us who are not used to city life. What was disappointing about our stay was there was not enough staff on site to provide service at reception and the bar. It was one person trying to juggle the both which resulted in us not actually having a drink at the hotel before venturing out. On return to the hotel that night we had a very disrupted sleep. We were in Room 2 which seemed to be located near a stairwell or corridor and we could constantly hear people walking/running like a heard of elephants. We didn't have the best sleep because of this. The hotel does have signage to advise customers to be quiet and "tiptoe" in the corridors so as to not disturb guests so it's not the fault of the staff or hotel, but when you've booked a room 9 months in advance with a child a better located room would have been appreciated.
