"Avoid at all costs"
This place was genuinely foul. I was given a room in the overspill building and there was mould on the peeling faux wood bedside tables, one of the pictures on the wall was covering up a crack in the plaster (badly, because the picture was in the process of falling down) a distinct smell of both mildew and mould (I work in building conservation - I know these smells well). I went back to reception to ask to be put elsewhere, and couldn't get hold of anyone so had to stay there. They also have signs up in all the rooms saying that the smoke detectors will go off with even the slightest amount of smoke so I can only assume the system was disabled given how many rooms on my floor were smoking, the smell permeating the corridors.
It was like staying in the worst kind of slum landlord sublet but for chain hotel prices.

What an amazing stay we had at this Premier Inn. The staff were very helpful but the staff member who stood out for us was Christina who couldn't do enough for us to make sure our stay was pleasant. Christina was polite and friendly ☺️
