    "Good location, poor parking arrangements"
    Great location, it's only a 10 minute walk to the town of Edgware and the northern line tube station. My room was quiet but too hot. The temperature control was defective and the windows don't open. The lights in the bathroom didn't work properly and the bedside table was hanging off the wall. I did like the breakfast, buffet style, limited choice though. My biggest issue is with the parking. It's way too expensive, especially if you drive out more than once in 24 hours. You pay every time you need to leave the car park. On the attached photo the time bands listed are deliberately vague. It should read 'less than' eg. Less than 24hrs but more than 4hrs you pay £19. There is a discount code in reception, it equates to about 10% off.

    "Rugby league trip"
    Great clean hotel. Friendly staff especially Christina who always seemed to be about! Working hard and assisting us with anything we required. Separate issue. Shame the window didn’t open in the room.

    Good room, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly (shout-out to Gustima, Ali and Glykeria). Easy to get downtown with the tube from Edgware Station, with a direct line through Tottenham Court Road.

    Amazing service, jovial, friendly courteous and respectful staff. Only drawback is that a guest decided it was a great idea to ruin the elevator.
