Limited chargeable on-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis at £10 per 24 hours. There is limited, chargeable disabled parking bays. Alternative parking is available at Q-Park Dickens Yard at £14 per 20 hours (W52UQ). Free parking is available at Perceval House between 6pm and 8am. Both car parks are just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

"Clean and comfortable"
Room was fantastic, newly renovated and clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was exactly what we needed - again, serving stations were clean and food piping hot. Lovely service from Shareef and Ruchik.

Breakfast was 10/10, great food and clean restaurant. Quick to refill breakfast so lovely and fresh. Shareef Ruchik was very helpful, would recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Shareef went above and beyond to make my stay extra special — nothing was too much trouble, and he was so friendly and helpful throughout. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and he really made me feel welcome. Thank you, Shareef, for your outstanding service — you’re a real credit to Premier Inn!

I stayed in premier they had amazing service and especially sehaj took our great care while handling bar and restaurant at same time bless them
"Not great"
This is a budget hotel in the worst way. No room cleanings although I stayed 6 nights. They stuck me in a smelly room that didn't even look like a hotel room, and the agent lied and said they were fully booked and had no other rooms open. I had to get on the phone to hq in order to get a proper room. No way to treat a guest. I would never stay there again
