Limited chargeable on-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis at £10 per 24 hours. There is limited, chargeable disabled parking bays. Alternative parking is available at Q-Park Dickens Yard at £14 per 20 hours (W52UQ). Free parking is available at Perceval House between 6pm and 8am. Both car parks are just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

"A bit disappointed"
Im sorry to write this review, but feel I need too. We have used this premier inn for quite a few years. Its so convenient for travelling into the centre of London. We booked a premier plus room. I felt this time the hotel is looking a bit tired, carpets stained, chairs in the dining room are dirty. We were staying for 3 nights, I didn't expect my room to be cleaned every day or my towels to be changed everyday but it would be nice to have clean cups and glasses and the milk to be topped up. The shower wasnt emptying like it should so I lifted the plug to find hair and lots of it, stuck in the plug and not from my head. It just annoyed me, I know I hadn't booked The Savoy but come on, have a good look round, sort this place out.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very helpful, breakfast and dinner both are very nice. I will recommend this Hotel 🏨 👌 really excellent value, good customer service. Room is very beautiful and bed is very comfortable. Thank you Premier inn Ealing special all the staff 🙌 🙏🏼
"Away days"
nice hotel . shame about the noisy generator that woke me at 5am . not a good night sleep. Also was told breakfast was served til 11 am .Arrived in Restaurant at 10.05 to be told breakfast was finished
