Limited chargeable on-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis at £10 per 24 hours. There is limited, chargeable disabled parking bays. Alternative parking is available at Q-Park Dickens Yard at £14 per 20 hours (W52UQ). Free parking is available at Perceval House between 6pm and 8am. Both car parks are just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Our family rooms include a double or king size bed, plus a sofa bed and pull-out bed depending on the number of guests staying in the room. We also provide travel cots at no extra cost. Room size and set up can vary based on the hotel and the number of guests.
Standard Accessible

Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or king size bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room.
