"Excellent"
Fatima and shareef they are very very supportive, I went with one of my disable friend. They both helped us in everything, I their way of working, good nature. Thank you helping us.
"Penny pinching management controls of the facility's utilities."
The Hotel provided an adequate bedroom and bathroom in an area convenient for our visit. However the hot water temperature was limited to "tepid", the water pressure was low; the wifi was pitifully slow; the mattress made you roll into the middle; the TV volume was too low - all items which Premier Inn had pre-set for our "enjoyment"
"Good location but that’s it"
Tiny room. Only provided one towel for two people, we requested extra towels twice and never received them. Bed was very small.
"Not the best Premier Inn"
I stay at many Premier Inns around the UK. It’s my ‘Go to hotel’. I paid for a premier plus and like all other Premier Inns they are very similar. Just a couple of gripes. The Nespresso coffee maker was dirty where the pods go into. The window was virtually non existent. I always prefer a top floor room, but after asking, they put me in the room below. The people above me we moving around really loudly from late at night and then the early hours. They seem to be very short on housekeeping staff. I did not want my room refreshed during my 4 night stay, but did ask the front desk at 10:30am for more coffee pods, loo rolls etc. we returned to our room at 5:30pm and the girl was still cleaning other rooms way down the corridor from us. Get more staff!!! The other thing is kerb appeal. I’ve never know such an overgrown, messy forecourt with Premier Inn. It has to be the worst. There were weeks and overgrown grass and the hedges looked like they’ve not been touched in months.
"Special thanks to the receptionist Sangita! A very appealing hotel overall."
We had a little hiccup at the beginning of our stay but the kindest receptionist called Sangita quickly solved all of our issues and has made our stay as comfortable as possible. Couldn’t ask for more regarding the service from her end, she’s brilliant and incredibly understanding. The rooms themselves are very neat, modern and easy on the eyes, more than you’d expect from a budget hotel!
