"London"
Great location went to the love of fantasy at the excel Staff friendly and great if any questions asked. I would just highly recommend booking in meals as on some everning when we wanted to stay at the hotel the was no space for us to have food so we bed up just get just eat. But other than that great hotel, close to tude line and easy to find
"Lovely stay"
We had a wonderful stay, the staff were excellent, room was lovely and clean, just what you expect from a premier inn. We had dinner and breakfast, which were both very good, would recommend.

Hotel reliable as always, staff at the desk very friendly and eager to help. Especially Trevor gave us a warm welcome. Rooms great, although would benefit from having a fridge. Our daughter loved the size and comfort of the bed made up for her.

Thierry and his team were amazing! They made us feel very welcome and valued. Great customer service and we felt treated like individuals. We were there for a very exciting convention at the London XL and the personalised service we received just made our weekend even more special. Thank you guys! The hotel was maximum of a 10 minute walk from London Excel Prince Regent Street station. Rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had not booked an evening meal in advance so due to how full the hotel was we were unable to eat our meal there. So instead we went to The Fox pub across the road. The meal there was nice so I would recommend if you cannot eat at the hotel to go there (although the pub was a bit lively)
"Night mare!"
Awful experience . Night 1- AC was not working whole night even though temperature was 31 degree outside, reported several times ,was given a broken fan only, Day 2- moved to a new room where Toilet was blocked , after several attempts ,it was cleared , but was overly dirty whole day, again informed numerous times, atlast the receptionist reminded me that they dont usually clean the toilet , but would do it no Single parking at night, reported to reception, no solution Throughout the stay , Everytime we went with these issues receptionists given generic answer that they Don't know anything , they can't help much ! Utterly disappointed with the service we got. Won’t recommend at all
