"Formula E trip"
The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and very welcoming. Good good, plenty of choice for breakfast and a good menu for the evening. The room was clean. Overall excellent

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were always available and friendly. I’d like to mention Thierry who went out of his way to help me and made the experience more comfortable for me. And value for money too, I will book again!

We had a warm, friendly welcome from the Frenchman at reception who was lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Room was spacious and clean. Able to take food from the restaurant to our room, good portion and very tasty. Very enjoyable stay.

Always use premier inns wheneverwe travel in the UK, as for a reasonable price you know what your getting.what sets these hotels apart are the staff, and we are only in the first day and I can tell this is going to be a fab stay, this is all down to Corina, not only did she welcome us with professionalism, but she proceeded to engage in some very funny banter with us all (I love to try and have a laugh wherever I go) this continued throught the first day and into the night. Looking forward to the many encounters we will have during the next few days.
"Positive experience"
After reading some other reviews, I was concerned before my stay. Thankfully my stay was very positive, the staff were all very polite and helpful, breakfast lovely and always stocked up, room also lovely and windows designed to ensure minimum noise from the airport. Great place to stay if attending an event at the Excel. Would definitely chose this hotel again.
