"Not Great."
I do readily accept that you pay for what you get, however this place wasn't great, especially on realisation that the Ibis up the road was far superior, and actually cheaper I pre paid for Wi-fi, which of course initially didn't work, plus the air conditioning would have been more effective had one of the staff stood there and blown on me. Breakfast was adequate, sadly the eggs were hard enough to be used on Centre Court at Wimbledon. The only bright spark to be rescued from the flames of disappointment was Taylor, a friendly bubbly hard working member of your team for whom nothing was too much trouble, a credit to your company. Sadly not for us and never again.
"Great Stay"
Staff where friendly and staff very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was really tasty and the staff where all very helpful and friendly would defiantly stay again
"Great for an overnight stay"
The king size bed was so comfy. The room was big enough for 2 people, but we find there isn't enough storage space. The staff are so helpful and friendly
"Very nice place to stay"
Very nice room for the money very large bed and big shower room and got every accessibility things what’s needed for disabled people and got your own fridge in room and tv and kettle I will go back there again
"Very good location but the hotel needs improvement"
The building is new and location is very convenient. Didn't like self check in would prefer at reception desk with more people interaction. Room was good but little dusty. Window can't be opened so felt lack of air. If you are a light sleeper then you might find trouble sleeping. Room was facing the train station and the trains run very often. We stayed 3 nights so we got used to it and slept quite well. The corridor carpets were very dirty and smelly, one part of the corridor was leaking from the top. We were surprised as the building is new. Housekeeper who cleaned the rooms was always with a smile and that gave a warm welcoming. Breakfast options could have been better, food was cold and cut fruits not fresh. Overall atmosphere in the lobby was cozy, nice music. Reception and restaurant team was friendly. Would give more stars for more cleanliness and better breakfast.
