Worst hotel ever !! If I could go into the negative stars I would . Make sure to bring cleaning supplies . There were popcorn and belongings left for previous guests. Bin was full and the toilet had pee stains and poo on arrival . When we first came into the room there was a pungent odour that made it unbearable to stay in . You couldn’t open the windows and the curtains have no blind . Make sure you have premier plus .There was mould on the walls . And there is only one member of staff in the entire hotel . The manger had to step in and get workers from other companies. There were poo stains in the bedsheet and the beds were damp and had a bad smell .They refused to clean our room and they were very judgmental . It got so bad no matter how many times we complained they just said no . The room was so bad my daughter had to sleep on a chair so we had to make and clean the rooms ourselves, lay our beds and empty the bins . We brought bleach , a toilet brush , even antibacterial spray and gloves . They didn’t even refill the toilet roll . Teresa rocks she was the only friendly person . They falsely advertised that they were available 24 7 but no matter how many times I rang the buzzer no one came and we could talking in staff room . The only positive I can think of was the food breakfast was amazing but cutlery was dirty . Dinner was succulent and make sure you get the pizza . Like I said that was the only positive aspect . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Invest your money in something else - worst experience EVER!😡

Great place to stay, handy to train station! Rooms nice, updated recently I think. Theresa magnificent, arrived early and let me in to the room as soon as possible. Breakfast all good, all round fine hotel xx will stay again x

Theresa deserves a raise. Busy place but Theresa made time to make us feel welcome. Hotel is conveniently close to train station and a co op is right next door. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

Wifi never works and was not so clean. Asked if they could fix the wifi and staff just said no. Very depressing place to stay too.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years and returned after a break. We used the early check in option after travelling from Liverpool. Upon arrival we were greeted by a fantastic member of staff called Teresa and she was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to help us upon check in and even assisted us with a few queries and nothing was too much trouble for her. We had two rooms booked one family and one double and both were immaculate and the new shower feature in the bathroom really pleased our daughter. If I had to pick a fault it would be the fact that the desk in the rooms has been changed to a small table and there isn’t much toilet paper in the dispenser so went to purchase one.
