      "Two sides to the staff"
      Excellent stay room clean bed very comfortable bathroom clean and fresh towels 😁 Only down side was we just tried to book in at 12.30 knowing that the room would not be available till 15.00hrs and we told the man on reception, we just wanted to leave our bags. Well the attitude and rudeness of this man was unbelievable. 😡 this person was a total embarrassment to the hotel and company. Compare this to the receptionist when we finally got back to the hotel after the wedding at around 00.30hrs. This man is what we expected. Polite happy cheerful, respectful and did a fantastic job in welcoming us to the hotel. The man did a fantastic job.

      Room as expected to Premier Inn standard. Reception greeting and customer service poor. Upon arrival no greeting and the male staff member on a personal phone call. Waited several minutes for recognition and then the attitude was one of inconvenience!

      "Exceptional, Quality, Comfortable Stay"
      I was in London near Croydon recently, and was looking for a place to stay with my partner. I chose to stay at Premier Inn, South Croydon and I was so impressed. Surrounded all around by greenery, the place sits nicely in a peaceful area. I was skeptical about how clean the rooms would be, but I was amazed at the cleanliness and how spacious they were, the bed was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleep in a long time. Staff were very welcoming and friendly at all points during my stay. The on-site restaurant, Beefeater, had good options for Breakfast & Dinner, and It was a delightful dining experience for us. They have free parking which I feel is convenient & advantageous for travellers with vehicles. I definitely recommend this property, especially for it's serene environment, comfort and top quality service.

      Best premier inn I stayed so far.warm welcoming from teams and excellent service provided during my stay.room was spotless clean .nice and quit location . Free parking as well lot of space.they do real good deal on meal deal. Worth to try good selection of menu
