London Croydon South (A212) hotel

Went for wedding at new addington palace book this near as this is nearest one lovely location had plenty of parking .reception and breakfast team are very welcoming.hotel was very clean

The stay was 10/10. Service and room was amazing. Thank you Tania for making the experience 10 times better

We stay in lots of Premier Inns, and this is one of our favourites, just because the staff are always very friendly and seem to go the extra mile to make us welcome. The big change, though, since our last visit is that the next door Coombe Lodge is no longer owned by Whitbread but by Wetherspoon. This means that this Premier Inn (still owned by Whitbread) now has to do its own breakfast provision, and so they've converted two rooms next to reception into a mini-breakfast room. It looks good and breakfast service is excellent, but the breakfast itself is very limited, essentially to a choice of various types of baps. For anyone used to pigging out for the day on a full Premier Inn breakfast, this will probably be a disappointment (though I'm sure it's fine for business people wanting to grab something and go). We ended up having breakfast one morning at Coombe Lodge instead, which was OK except that it didn't open until 8am, and then it took quite a long time for our breakfasts to arrive as these have to be individually ordered (though when they did arrive, they were nice, especially our eggs benedict). If Coombe Lodge gets its act together regarding breakfasts (eg, earlier opening, a decent help-yourself buffet, etc), I think lots of Premier Inn customers will go there for breakfast instead. I just hope this isn't part of a new policy for Premier Inn; one of the main reasons we choose them when travelling around the country is that we like the guarantee of a big breakfast either on their own premises or at a place next door owned by them.

Not worth the money for two nights with breakfast not much variety. The corridoors did not have any windows for air to come through. The room window view was a wooden fence, kept curtain closed. Bo chest if draws to pu your clothes in. The receptionist not helpful when asked room number reply was check the card at the back.
