    "Terrible"
    The check in process was a nightmare. It took over 30 minutes because the Internet was slow at the main desk. The hallways smelt weird, the room was boiling and had to ask for a second towel as there was only one in the room. The free WiFi was worse than dial up. The lift also broke from the 2nd day of staying. On the final day there was leak outside our room as we went down for breakfast (we were on the top floor).

    Very neat and nice place to relax. Good customer service especially Edmund was very helpful when I arrived to check in at night

    Always have a comfortable stay here, as it ticks all the boxes for me. Coming into town to see the grand children ,the hotel is surrounded with restaurants , an activity/adventure center for children.

    Amazing experience and Ahamed the chef was amazing!!! Would definitely recommend. Been to other hotels and by far the best breakfast experience had.

    Very nice service especially from chef alishba and Maria, the were very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.
