      "Better then what was expected."
      We stayed here last Saturday, we booked it because it was the cheapest rate in the area and wasn't really expecting much. However, our room was clean enough, albeit tired round the edges, the bed was also tired but the room was quiet and we both slept so no complaints
      "Great stay at Croydon Premier Inn"
      Lovely room with large comfortable bed. Bathroom good size. All very clean. Ram the gentleman who dealt with us at the main desk really friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. Loved the way the chef Ranjit freshly cooked your choice of eggs for you. Nothing too much trouble. Fresh warmed pastries offered as well. We would definitely stay here again. Also great to have free parking on site. Thank you for a great stay.
      "Dreadful Check In Experience. No Staff!"
      Check in experience on Saturday 31st May is utterly ludicrous. Huge queue. None of the check in. Terminals working and one lady doing her best to manage a huge Queue. Totally unacceptable. It’s IHG all the way for us nowadays but none available in Croydon unfortunately.
      "Good breakfast."
      The breakfast was good and freshly cooked to order. The room was a good size and clean. Parking was very easy as it just outside the hotel reception. There are several places to eat outside of the hotel with in a short walk, anc the public transport is only a few yards away so it's ray to get into Croydon.
      "Wouldn’t recommend"
      Room 203. Heard the doors opening and closing all night . Bang . Bang .bang. Zero sleep. Reception just said it was a busy night. Room was 27degrees only one window would open. There were hairs in the bath. One fan which has seen better days. No phone to call reception.
