Chargeable off-site parking is available a 3-minute walk away at Waterloo Car Park (39 York Rd, Bishop’s, London, SE1 7NQ) for £15 per 12 hours and £20 per 24 hours. Payment is cash only on-site, however parking can be booked and paid online through the ‘lookingforcarpark’ website. Alternative, chargeable off-site parking is available at Waterloo Station Car Park (SE1 8SW) at £20 per 24 hours and is managed by APCOA. "Great location"
Stayed here as a family of 4. Early check-in , room was ready on arrival just after 11am. Room very spacious with comfy beds and clean. The only thing negative for the room is the soap dispenser is very high up for a family room and my children (6 and 3) could not reach it without help. Lunch at the hotel was lovely, kids eat free in the holidays with a main meal - bargin. We returned for dinner, same menu but felt the food wasn't as good as lunch. Staff were very pleasant and held onto our luggage after checkout until we headed to the airport. Ideal location - beside waterloo/Westminster tubes for easy transport. Westminster kitchen at the end of the road was amazing for a meal! Would return here again. Thank you
"Lovely hotel but motorcycle problem"
Stayed here 26/27 July. Two bad nights sleep owing to motorcycles revving up outside which is unacceptable after a full day and difficult at after midnight to get back to sleep. The staff are very helpful and nice but can’t do anything about this. We would think twice about staying here again. The rooms are very big and clean but we were not over impressed with continental breakfast.
"Fantastic stay"
Stayed for a week for a holiday and the central location is fantastic, close to Waterloo and the South Bank. Staff were attentive, friendly and professional and were always on hand when required. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable and air con worked a treat in the warm weather. Definitely stay here again!
"Fabulous hotel - excellent location"
The bedroom and bathroom are so clean and tidy. The best sleep ever - the bed and pillows are very comfortable - just what we needed after a long day sightseeing. I have purchased these pillows to have at home - they are that good! Breakfast was very good value for money with a large variety of food to choose from. The staff in this hotel are friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - right beside the London Eye and 10 minute walk to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and 15 minute walk to Covent Garden. Have stayed in this hotel twice a year for the last 15 years. We have just returned home (July 2025) and will be back at Christmas. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Love this Hotel!
"Amazing"
Amazing location, the friendliest staff and the room was lovely, nothing not to like ❤️ my daughter and husband attended the first night of oasis Wembley tour the tube was easily accessible and myself and my son went out to explore London I felt totally safe walking back to the hotel of a night time and I even went out for a very early morning walk on my own and felt 100% safe overall we had an amazing 48hrs in london
