There is no on-site parking at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available a 3-minute walk away at Waterloo Car Park (39 York Rd, Bishop’s, London, SE1 7NQ) for £15 per 12 hours and £20 per 24 hours. Payment is cash only on-site, however parking can be booked and paid online through the ‘lookingforcarpark’ website. Alternative, chargeable off-site parking is available at Waterloo Station Car Park (SE1 8SW) at £20 per 24 hours and is managed by APCOA. "Great views and everything within reach"
This hotel is described with one word: great! 1. The staff is super friendly 2. the rooms are clean 3. The bed was great, i slept very well 4. The room had airconditioning 5. Breakfast was fresh and tasty And my most important point of all: the location. You could see the londen eye from the window in the hall, within 25 minutes walking we reached covent garden and within 10 minutes walking you reached westminster abbey, everything felt within reach. Even with the tube strike going on. It was super nice to have a hotel in the heart of the city! Truly contributed to a great trip :]
"Stay Away from Premier Hotels!"
I went through the "online check-in" procedure and received the QR code that was supposed to make check-in easy, but when we arrived we were greeted by a check-in kiosk that asked me to provide all of the same information that I had already entered online! How exactly does this expedite my check-n? I was expecting an actual human at a reception desk but there was no reception desk! They have a great marketing department but the reality is far from what is promised. The free Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. We stayed six nights and I was able to get online for about ten minutes total before being disconnected. I actually paid for the upgraded Wi-Fi for one day but it would only work in the bar and restaurant area, not in our room. There is not enough space to continue so I will end by saying that we are very disappointed in this hotel and I expect that my review will be deleted. Will never stay in another Premier hotel. Buyer beware!
"Lovely hotel"
Friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with rainshower, delicous breakfast with lots of variation and fresh fruit.

Not the cleanest rooms; check in by attended kiosk and one agent abrupt, not helpful hooking to Wi-Fi, took day and half to do so. Have to ask to get room cleaned and they don’t change sheets.
"Weekend getaway"
Lovely service, nice size room and bathroom. Our room had mini bar as well. Had dinner one night and was lovely and breakfast another time. A great location
