"Please avoid staying at this hotel if you can"
The state of this hotel is poor and dirty. The room I selected was a twin room for myself and my mother as we were visiting an area nearby for my mother-in-law's funeral last Thursday.
We did not get a twin room despite me emailing the hotel and attempting to call (no one picked up the call).
We had been given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room smelled of very strong carpet cleaner and the communal areas smelt of sweat.
The shower curtain smelled so bad as well (of sweat, wet dog and faeces). The shower was only a trickle of a water from a ceiling-like shower head (no handle option available) so it took us both hours to have a shower. The room was very old, hot and without any fresh air (the window did not open).
I asked the lady at reception about having access to a window as I couldn't breathe very well in the room, to which she replied in a rude manner; 'NO, none of the rooms have windows."
It cost us £160.00 to stay here in this so called 3 star hotel. It should be rated one star. I do not recommend staying here unless you're desperate.

"Excellent"
Room was very clean and nice with a fantastic view! The manager and the team were absolutely lovely and helpful and went out of their way to assist me.
The atmosphere in the bar was very peaceful and the service was excellent and quick. I would absolutely recommend trying the light bites and the Veg Thai Curry, they were absolutely delicious!
Shout out to the entire team for making my experience fabulous. Thank you!

"Great Team"
I am currently staying at the Premier Inn in Clapham and have been for the last 6 weeks. My home has been awaiting extensive repairs and so the hotel has become my 2nd home.
The team I encohnter ona daily basis have been so kind, helpful and friendly and it is important that I name them because they have made me feel so welcome. They are Zainab, Rashmi, Iram, Fraser, Mairin, Praveen, Naveed and Lukas and of course the housekeeping team who do a wonderful job and always make time to say hello or wish you a good morning.
Suffice to say that I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and it's location has great travel access to all parts of London.

"Lovely stay just mindful slow food service"
Had a super long stay (1+ month) at this location due to our house issue. I really appreciate the staff’s hospitality and helpfulness, especially Zainab who accommodated our requirements for room specifics and housekeeping. Thanks also to the other friendly staff - Fraser, Rashimi and the other female coworker (I didn’t keep her name), as well as the chefs working behind the kitchen so for the staff aspect it’s 5 star.
On cleanliness it’s ok and it’s on demand so you need to either be specific or ask for whole clean before midday for same day housekeeping. The only flag to guests and the staff I’d give is the wait time at dinner, quite often I had to sit up to an hour to get my one starter then to finish the meal it’d been 1.5 to 2 hours, it’s quite excessive although considering they serve food as add-on package not really a proper restaurant so they fall short of hands and they’re not fully acquainted to the speed and attentiveness of service as normally expected in a restaurant however still one area to improve.
