"Jim and Alison Rames exhibition"
The hotel was usual premier inn standard. Could comfortable bed and good nights sleep guarenteed. Room a little dated but ok. Staff excellent at telling us what buses to get to our exhibition and also back to tube station. Upgraded meal deal to the breakfast and evening meal which we thought was great value. The fish and chips were first class! Adequate breakfast as usual. Overall staff very friendly and helpful which makes a hugh difference to the stay experience. First time in this area of London. Thought the Rames exhibition was a bit underwhelming. The vr experience was good but only came as an extra at the end of the gift shop etc. Should have been included as part of the show not as a paid extra afterthought. The shopping centre at Battersea power station is worth a visit. Very impressive.

"Great little find"
We are always happy to visit PremierInn for our over nighters.
What we can say about this PremierInn is that the staff were fantastic.
We arrived later than we hoped after N interrupted journey to be greeted by Mariam and what happy shining light she was and nicely backed up by Zainab.
In the morning staff again made us feel welcome and appreciated, Iran who looked after us for breakfast and Steve for doing a great job in the kitchen.
Room was pleasant and we were surprised when we went for breakfast how busy it was because it was so quiet throughout the night.so big thumbs up from us and always great to give positive feedback.
PS chef in evening great job also.

"Super friendly staff and nice stay"
Great stay, the room was super clean and the staff was so helpful, especially helping me get breakfast due to my allergies. Malik in particular was AMAZING, super helpful and really kind

"Please avoid staying at this hotel if you can"
The state of this hotel is poor and dirty. The room I selected was a twin room for myself and my mother as we were visiting an area nearby for my mother-in-law's funeral last Thursday.
We did not get a twin room despite me emailing the hotel and attempting to call (no one picked up the call).
We had been given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room smelled of very strong carpet cleaner and the communal areas smelt of sweat.
The shower curtain smelled so bad as well (of sweat, wet dog and faeces). The shower was only a trickle of a water from a ceiling-like shower head (no handle option available) so it took us both hours to have a shower. The room was very old, hot and without any fresh air (the window did not open).
I asked the lady at reception about having access to a window as I couldn't breathe very well in the room, to which she replied in a rude manner; 'NO, none of the rooms have windows."
It cost us £160.00 to stay here in this so called 3 star hotel. It should be rated one star. I do not recommend staying here unless you're desperate.
