"Staff great door key not"
As usual great staff and listen to our request for the room, i.e no adjoining door or near the laundry room. One big problem was a our keycard never worked on return to our room. As we have stayed 100's of times and only had this problem once before we know to keep them away from magnets.we experimented by leaving one card in the room and that did not work when we tried it once back in the room. We tried the two new cards given the night before when we left in the morning and both failed. Room 308. Must be something wrong with the door and/or computer for that room. Sorry for the rant but after long days walking london in the rain due to strikes last thing you need is to queue up to redo your room keys.
"Don't get put in the basement"
The basement smells like a damp basement. It is also very noisy with traffic noise, bass from passing cars, car horns and the noise of pedestrians. As you are below ground the mobile signal is atrocious so you will be forced to use the dial up speed WiFi or pay to upgrade. As a regular Premier Inn business traveller I can safely say that this is not normal service and is really disappointing. If booking this hotel I strongly recommend that you do not accept a room on the lower ground level. The view is stunning 🤣

Lovely big room very clean and comfortable . Nice reception staff for check in.Great location to walk to tower bridge and DLR.
"Great hotel brilliant staff"
This hotel outdid many more expensive ones I stayed in.It was well run .comfy rooms and nice fresh breakfast buffet. But what made it was the really friendly and helpful staff . There was a very helpful young Asian man with glasses at reception and also in charge of breakfast .His customer skills were a credit to the hotel. Will definitely be back ! Highly recommended
"Perfect location to visit London"
Clean, tidy, perfectly situated, would go back to this premier inn, wetherspoons across the road for cheap food and drinks, we had most of our meals here, supermarkets close by for snacks, meal deals, if ur out and about most of the time like us, 5 mins to the tube, tower bridge and the tower of London
