"Good location"
Booked 2 family rooms. Both were good tho one better than the other with large walk in shower. Rooms clean and comfy as you’d expect from a premier inn. Surprised to hear other guests complaining to reception about no conditioner & no fridge. It’s a premier inn, it’s not going to be fully equipped luxury! we paid around £100 per room & that included a buy an adult breakfast get a kids one free deal. It’s amazing value for London and great location literally 5 min walk from Tower of London and 8 min from Tower Hill tube. Rooms also quiet. Had a drink in their small pleasant bar area. Ate at a Wetherspoons on corner of Prescot St as it was good value. Breakfast was fine, lots of choice, it’s quantity over quality but we filled ourselves up for the day. Given 4* as we’d asked for rooms close together but got one on 1st floor & other on 5th floor. Also room on 1st floor next to hotel entrance, once the exterior lights came on you couldn’t block out the glow from purple premier inn sign.
"Good not great"
Overall the stay was OK, but the wifi was really poor and that was frustrating as I was there for business and needed wifi that I could count on for calls and emails. The breakfast was decent and the room was mostly clean and comfortable.
"Good place to stay, just sack the towel company provider"
Good location. Helpful staff both when leaving bag when we arrived early and the night porter as we crashed at 2330. Newly refurbed rooms all good. Excellent bed. The only downer? The "smelly" towels. They were of course "clean" but just had that "I haven't ever been really aired feel..." So perhaps harshly I knocked off a star. Mean? Possibly. But expect better and hope this neg spurs on the GM to look into this part of the supply chain. Amen.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was absolutely amazing I’d actually say this is the best premier inn breakfast I’ve had. Room was nice and clean enjoyed my stay here will definitely be coming back to visit again as I often do travel to London

Lovely hotel , great location and very clean Only fault breakfast only One Young Lady left to attend to all the tables on her own at a very busy time Bedrooms good and clean but no fridge! Very quiet no noise which for a busy hotel us bery good Location very close to the Tower of london and Tower Hill tube station
