"Great experience"

Great hotel I am from Norway we went to london for a football game so we just bookes a random hotel that looked and sounded good i am a teenager and i was give gifts every Day i was there from A Woman and a man called Maria and Mo. I got chocolate and gifts all the time they give you big big glass cup where they fill it with ice and you take the drink of choice. The Resturant was amazing they had amazing Food options and when we got the food it tasted amazing. When the Staff hadd nothing to do they talked with us abort London and we grew a friendship in my opinion it was a great experience and i would love to Come another time!!!!

"Get what you pay for"

Although one of the cheaper Prem Inns in this part of town, you get what you pay for. Grumpy staff at check in who don't want to listen, broken shower in my room, lifts not working (there's always a broken lift whenever I've stayed here) and generally not a very friendly vibe in reception.

"Poor considering the cost"

Stopped here as I was running the Royal Parks half marathon, not realising that both circle and district lines were shut for the weekend… anyway I digress Booked a premier plus room but the bed was tiny, the shower leaked and the noise from outside was horrendous! Breakfast was sub par on both mornings and no coffee machine working.. was told to press the espresso button and top it up with milk or hot to reception and get a free one… Sadly won’t stop at this hotel again and feel the £326 paid for breakfast and the room wasn’t worth the cost

"Ideally situated for sightseeing"

The hotel is ideally situated for Fenchurch Street, Tower Gateway (DLR) and Tower Hill (Circle and District Line) stations. The Tower of London is also very close and from there you can get open top buses for sightseeing. The hotel was clean and our room was very big, very good value for money. Considering how close we were to busy roads the room was very quiet. We didn't use any of the facilities.

"Good hotel"

Read mixed reviews about this Premier inn so was pleased that our experience was good . Check in was simple and the reception staff were courteous and professional .Room was typical of the brand , plenty big enough for a short stay .Our bathroom was fitted with a walk in shower , no bath which is different to the over bath showers fitted in the other Premier Inns we have stayed in. The shower was not over powerful but adequate and took a while to warm up. Both rooms were cleaned to a good standard . One of the critisisms of the hotel in other reviews was the noise from the adjacent railway . Our room 419 couldn't have been quieter . We ate an evening meal in the hotel and the food was lovely and the service exxellent even though the hotel was very busy . In conclusion we rate this hotel very favourably in comparison with others in the group . It also serves as a very good base for trips to that part of London.
